I bought several of these to attach to shoe inserts and what a difference! They take the stress off the balls of my feet and spread the impact over a wider area. No more tenderness on the balls of my feet.

These Ball of Foot pads are providing welcome relief for Metatarsalgia which can make it painful to walk. Getting them placed "just right" took some trial and error, but once in place the relief was instant!!! As noted in other reviews, the adhesive on the back of the pads is not strong enough to keep the pads in place, therefore, I've secured them using double sided tape.

This works ok but it is hard to place the pad in the best place on the first try. The adhesive also wasn't easy to reposition as it then curled. Perhaps a 3/4 length insole with the ball of the foot pad would work better. I'm not sure how long the adhesive will hold as it rolls up every time I put my shoes on.

I should have read reviews regarding poor adhesiveness of these inserts prior to purchasing. When the insert stays in place it seems to work, but it does not stay attached and I am constantly needing to readjust it when putting on sneakers; and it doesn't always stay in place when walking, so have to stop and remove sneaker to readjust again. This particular insert needs improvement.

I think these are better on my foot than on the shoe, as I was used to with another kind. When I read the instructions, after I had torn them up trying to get to the pads, as I did not know where the instructions were, then I tried them in the shoe and did not like them, and as others have mentioned, and they were no longer sticky. I liked the padded part, just not the sticky.

The adhesive on these pads does not hold them in place properly, Otherwise the pads are of good quality but of little use if they do not stay where needed,

These were difficult to place in the 'right' spot in my shoe. Removing them to repositiion resultve wearing off. A full shoe insert would be better.

The adhesive used for this product simply does not stick to the sole inside of the shoe, not even a little. So, it is effectively worthless. Until the manufacturer comes up with a better adhesive that actually works, this product should be pulled from store shelves

Purchased product with hope of reducing or eliminating my ball of foot pain. The adhesive side just about stuck and I found myself adjusting Sorry to say I was constantly removing my shoe and adjusting the pad. It does not stick. Won't purchase again. Please improve your product. Dr.Scholls was always a top of the line product.
