These are so great at helping with my milk supply! I just had my son and these have been extremely helpful when it comes to ne nursing. They taste sooooo good exactly like strawberry lemonade as describes. And since there gummies I actually look forward to taking them every day
Amazing product! Took for the first time last night and woke up super engorged even after feeding through the night! I’ve tried so many other supplements and this is the only one that has actually worked.
These gummies taste great! They actually do their job that they're supposed to do for lactation. It has so many key vitamins in them like moringa, marshmallow root, shatavari root and more! I highly recommend this supplement if you are struggling to lactate for your baby.
I’ve been a under supplier since I had my daughter, strictly had only been making 4-5 oz per day no matter how much water I drank or how many calories/proteins I had in my diet..it wasn’t until I hit 3 months postpartum that I wanted to try some type of lactation supplement and I got these cause they were the cheapest and I did hear about them in a pumping group I’m in. I noticed a small difference within a week I started making an extra ounce each day and after 2-3 ish weeks i was making 10 oz perday! Ive been buying them consistency ever since. They are super yummy and not sticky or hard, if I really wanted to suck on them to dissolve i def could.
I received a bottle of Dr. Stephanie's Lactation Gummies. I've tried a number of lactation support products in the past, but I had never come across this one until now. It ended up being an amazing find for me! Many products use fenugreek, but I just don't respond well to that particular ingredient. I love that this product doesn't have it, and also doesn't have added sugar or artificial flavors, dyes, or sweeteners. The strawberry lemonade flavor is good, and the gummy format makes these so easy to chew. While I can't quantify results, I will say that after almost a month of taking two gummies a day, I felt like I noticed a difference in supply between the days I took these and the days I forgot. My little went through a growth spurt in the past month, and I felt especially supported during that time. When I run out, I definitely plan to pick up another bottle!
AMAZING!!! Didn't make my milk fattier, but increased supply for sure!! I can feed and then pump too! Or pump in between feeds. I literally woke up with rocks lol definitely recommend. My OB said they weren't concerned with taking it, but definitely ask yours if concerned!
These are really tasty. Unsure how much they are helping my supply as it does not seem to have gone up but they taste good and are easy to take which is great
I tried Dr. Stephanie's Lactation Gummies, and overall they were easy to take and had a pleasant, slightly tart taste that didn't feel overly sweet. The texture is soft and chewy, and they don't have the strong “supplement” aftertaste that some similar products do. The bottle is convenient and clearly labeled, and the gummies are easy to portion out. As for results, I didn't notice an immediate or dramatic change, but they're intended to be used consistently over time, so expectations should be realistic.
I took these once, 2 gummies. And they caused my baby to vomit multiple times and have extreme tummy discomfort :-( I did nothing different except trying out these gummies and he got sick! I was excited that there was no fenugreek in them because I thought that was the ingredient that upset my babies tummy with other lactation products. But I guess I was wrong! I wish I knew exactly what ingredient didn't sit right with him. They tasted delicious and were super soft, like a fruit snack!! But seeing my baby so uncomfy is a major no go for me, it breaks my heart. I won't be trying them again because him feeling that way isn't worth it. If your baby has a very sensitive tummy I would pass on these!! Truly such a bummer cuz they taste so good and who doesn't like to make more milk?! So bummed out. Not for sensitive tummies!!
I loved the taste of it. However I took the first gummy and after 10 mins from it I was drowsy and tired. I shooked it off like hey maybe I'm just tired. Took my 2nd gummy 6 hours after the first gummy. It made me so exhausted and I fell asleep instantly. I will not be taking these gummies anymore. Day 2 I haven't took these gummies and I'm back to myself energetic. It made my heart beat fast too which it scared me. I would highly not recommend this to other moms.
