These were really great the first 1-2 weeks of figuring out breastfeeding and latching properly. They are so soothing and keep things from rubbing. They are great paired with a nipple cream as well! 10/10 recommend!

I don't remember these being around the last time I was breastfeeding. My lactation consultant told me about these and they have been a life saver.

100% worth the money when bought online. Helped with sore nipples from breastfeeding/pumping. That being said, it is almost twice the price when bought in store - still worth it, but the price discrepancy is a bit ridiculous.

I don't know if this product is what caused me mastitis and abscess after two uses. But it is not a sterile product so you may want to test one before you introduce it to both sides. You're introducing moisture in the nipple area for a long time (>2 hours) which may harbor bacteria. Also the claim is that the cooling lasts for your hours but mine lasted for not more than two.

Ridiculously soft and stick to my clothes alot! It didn't mention how many times we can reuse this. Just one use l have to throw it because it is too thin and soft and keep falling off, and sticking on my cloth too.

The packaging says these are helpful for cracked nipples, but the adhesive stuck and made them bleed more. Ouch! Going back to Medela/Lansinoh Soothies.

Not what I expected, it only gives that cooling sensation for a few minutes. It did leave residue on my breast.
