Unfortunately the kit was delayed in shipping and by the time it arrived I was no longer able to breastfeed. However, I know the products in the kit were things I absolutely could have used and loved if I was still nursing. The nipple cream and the hot and cold packs alone would be a lifesaver. I've been nursing for over 8 mos and these are the only pads where my skin stays wet/moist while using. The weather is even cooling off, I can't imagine using these while it's actually hot out. I'm going back to my Medela or even the store brand pads.
