Work great!
My granddaughter had a baby Febuary 20 %26 had several kinds of breast pads. These are the only ones that absorb well. They are her favorites because they work! I just purchased her another box of them because these are the only ones she wants to use!

Delicious. About a decade of usage. Perfect.
It does well but I do wish it stays in place better %26 stayed dry a little more. It takes awhile to dry in the dryer too. I always have to follow up with an air dry. Nonetheless, it's good that I can reuse and not have to buy more. I personally think I like the disposables comfort better but still like that I can just grab another set when the reusable ones get too wet.

Still a little damp
Don't keep you quite as dry as disposable ones. Ended up switching to Elvie catch to ensure nipple stays dry
