I'm currently 7 weeks postpartum and nursing my baby. I was told by my doctor to take a daily vitamin to help ensure I'm getting everything I need. These soft gels look large but we're easier to swallow than my other brand of hard vitamins. You only need to take one a day  and I feel like they are also helping my hair look healthier! I would recommend to other post partum mommas out there.

These are a great nutritional packed vitamin for new moms! They are smooth and easy to take and have not caused me any nausea like some supplements do. They have a great balance of nutrition. I love that you get a 2 month supply at such a great price point.

I am so happy with my experience using this Postnatal Multi-Vitamin!  This product is on the top of my list of things that I do after pregnancy to stay healthy!  These are vital for new Mom's!  These are made with folic acid, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), zinc, and other vitamins to help support healthy, new Mom's.  They are formulated to help new Mom's regain minerals, nutrients, and vitamins that are lost during pregnancy, and birth.  It is so simple, take one softgel capsule, once daily!  It is a convenient way to get the minerals, and vitamins that your body needs.  Included is 60 softgel capsules, per bottle, making it a two-month supply.  I love that it is free of alcohol, artificial flavoring, dyes, and parabens.  I am so proud to see that it is manufactured right here in the U.S.A.  (United States of America).  Thank you so very much, Dr.  Talbot's!

Looking forward to trying this after I deliver. I love that it has fish oil in it. The only thing I would change is add more iron to it. Pills are a little smaller than the fish oil pills.
