Dritz Chalk Cartridge Set, Assorted Chalk

I am pleasantly surprised with this chalk pen. It gives crisp precise lines and marks. Package does say not to mark heavily. It's great for use on fabric that a heat erase pen or transfer paper will not show up well enough on. It is simple to use. Comes with a sharpener, assortment of colored chalk pens and an eraser. I found the chalk “erased” easily with a fine mist of water and a light cotton cloth if necessary. This is definitely in my toolbox of fabric chalk options as a favorite!

The item is fine, but I won't shop at Walmart.com anymore. They refuse to allow me to make a purchase without saving my credit card info or joining a club. Online research shows they make it deliberately difficult to work around, even when trying again to sign on as a guest. I spent way too much time on this when I can easily find what I need elsewhere. Whatever Walmart's game is, I'm not playing. My time is way too valuable. I removed my information and made my next purchase on another site. Not very consumer-friendly in a day and age when we have so many choices.

chalk is super thin, and it does not work well on fabric, the orange color stained onto the fabric, constantly broke, super cheap and DO NOT RECOMMEND at all!

I love to sew, and I appreciate good tools, so when a fellow sewist recommended this product, I had to try it. This is like a mechanical pencil with chalk, so no surprise, the piece inside arrived broken. However, I was able to remove it and replace it with another. My favorite things about this product are: 1. it comes with a sharpener to keep a point on your chalk. 2. it comes with so many different colors, which is important because white won't show up on every project.

Works very well, and it is simple to change the chalk.

Works great. Took a little to get used to how to load the chalk. But made sewing straight lines very easy.

This chalk just does not leave a mark on the fabric. Not sure if I am using it wrong - but I would not purchase again.

Well, because there were no instructions i ended up breaking this thing in 5 minutes, it has instructions on how to change the chalk but no t on how yo use it once you change it..

This is great for marking measurements or patters on fabric for both sewing or needlework projects. I like the feel of it in my hands and the ease of use. It is easy to refill and prevents my hands from getting dirty.

The best I've ever had in my sewing tool box!
