Just what I ordered and at a great price.

SpeedyWheels September 20, 2013

I went the manufacturer's website to decode the abbreviations used for options offered on this and their other wheelchairs. Once I cracked the codes,- Elevated Leg Rest, Detachable, Flip back Desk Arm. I was able to order the right unit for my needs. Assembly was simple and quick. This particular chair is sold on many websites, but the prices run from $200 - $450 higher than Walmart.

Smooth and comfortable!

Buckeye January 16, 2017

The drive cruiser iii is an excellent chair at a value price! I fell on ice and broke my femur and had never used a wheelchair before in my life. The rehab center had one of these and I was very happy with it's comfort and ease of use. I went online and was thrilled to find one at Wal-Mart.com for half what I thought I would have to pay. I've been using it for six weeks and I am amazed at how I can maneuver and cruise around so naturally!

Drive Wheelchair Just Right

Al January 16, 2024

Purchased this as a Transport for wife who has difficulty walking. See a lot of Drive wheelchairs at local hospitals. Purchased this for those times where there is no wheelchair available to go long hallways at Dr. offices and hospitals. Unit is sturdy, comes mostly assembled, rolls easily. Choose the right size seat - 16", 18" and 20" options. Quality is good as far as I can tell - hasn't fallen apart. Desk type arm rests come off easily. Good place to put your name, address and phone number. Very happy with purchase so far from Walmart.

Excellent chair

Lindsay April 15, 2021

Excellent chair for the money. Originally I rented a chair, a month was going to cost me $140. The rented chair was too big to fit through 75% of my doorways. This chair fit through all my doors even a 28". Was easy to set up despite being non weight bearing on my leg. Only had to tighten a couple bolts for the leg support.

Comes Assembled - Just need to attach leg rests

GoodDaughter March 13, 2017

Wheelchair that serves its purpose. My father's old wheelchair was falling apart so we purchased this as a replacement. I purchased this one since it was slightly less in weight than others and would make it easier for somebody to push him in it. It rides smoothly. Only comes with small straps on the seat to hold onto and they can't really be used once you put a seat cushion on the chair. We were able to remove seat belt from the old wheelchair and secure onto this one, although not so easily. Not sure if many others come with a seat belt. I would say that this is a perfectly fine wheelchair for the money.

Great buy when necessary. Seat is really 18".

NickNameNothingLikeMyName September 23, 2014

My leg is broken in several places and I need something to get around. This has been doing the job. It squeaks a little when I'm sitting in it and I lean back; but, to be fair I exceed the chairs weight limit by 30lbs and most other people won't. Was disappointed that the specs showed this chair had a 20" seat and it really has an 18" seat. They make a 20" model but I didn't see it at Walmart. However, the arms rotated back and also just pop off completely and easily when necessary to make adequate room for my backside. The leg rest can be separated from the foot rests as well. That's a plus, it helps me keep my foot up in the air but I don't need to have all the extra accessories on the chair making it heavier. The leg pads also rotate up and to the side of the chair, when it's flush with the chair it makes it easier to maneuver through tight spaces/corners. So far so good. ~AJ

Very nice wheelchair except as noted.

Viking2 November 26, 2012

Instead of rubber tires it has hard polyurethane tires. The tires are quit slippery and wheels must be sanded so it does not slip on floor when wheels are locked (maybe rubber tires can be purchased separately). The hard tires make it hard to adjust the brakes effectively. This has not been a major problem. Also front wheels rub frame when wheelchair is lowered for a short person (a design flaw). The handles are also quite low when wheelchair is lowered to 17.5". As a result we use it at the 19.5" setting.
