Great Matress. My mom used the same one in the acute therapy and loves it. Worth every penny
I bought one a few years ago and loved it so much when I needed to replace it I bought it again. Works great, Will biy again if needed!
My husband was discharged from SNF with a hospital bed, standard innerspring mattress. This is all Medicare will cover. He has chronic back pain and is prone to pressure ulcers. His first week home was intolerable for us as he could not sleep on the provided mattress. This one seemed very similar to what he had at SNF, where he had never complained once about the mattress, so I gave it a shot. FAST delivery was so helpful. He slept SO much better from the first night we got this. It has been two weeks now and not a single complaint about the mattress. The only drawback is that it is so lightweight it slips around on the bed platform quite a bit, but that's a minor issue and I'm sure I can come up with a solution. I am so glad I ordered this and I feel the quality for the price makes it a very good value.
The mattress is firm which is good for the body alignment, yet it is cushioned to prevent pressure ulcers.
The mattress the hospital bed came with was horrible. I'm in bed most of the day and nothing hurts. I highly recommend it.
This is the best mattress for a hospital bed. no seams so no creases
Works well on the hospital bed used by spouse.
Good firm solid mattress
I made a good choice of purchasing this Medical Drive Mattress for my mother medical condition and fits just right on the hospital bed that we got for my mom. And she feels comfortable on it and sleeps well. What I disliked was that it wasn't delivered on the date that Walmart provided. . Even though Walmart sent me a messages stating that they were Sorry for the inconvenience of the delay. That they were working on my delivery to arrive soon. I received it 4 days after the delivery date. It was Worth the Wait came in good condition.
I was disappointed that it was non friction. As I have to pull my 175 pound son up in the hospital bed several times a day.Love the length .There was nothing in the specs about it being a friction mattress .So i took a chance.Should nave looked at all of them before I decided.IT also does not stay smooth and causes wrinkles on his skin which can lead to break downs.I will use it for now till I can afford a better one.Thank you for everything.I love you guys and this is the first product I wasn't satisfied with .Guess you get what you pay for.My bad.
