I previously bought a less expensive adjustable bed frame and after an hour of backbreaking assembly, the foot riser didn't work and blanket ripped. So when this one arrived 2 weeks later, i was shocked it ow was assembled! The blanket is very high quality and thick cushioned. This one has 2 quiet motors, great wireless remote that comes already synched with the bed. The mattress holder bar is thick, wide and sturdy. I didn't want a massage one but for those who do, I am sure the upgrade is worth it. For anyone elderly, disabled or simply want then comfort and convenience of an adjustable bed frame, this is the best you can get at a great price!
I love the bed frame. I already had a mattress which is a perfect fit and does not slide out of position. the motor is quite. I have already recommended to friends. this product outstands my previous elevated bed frame. This is a strong product and was assembled without tools in a few steps. I recommended two persons to move the bedframe, but it was assembled by one person.
I was looking for an affordable, quickly available and easy to assemble adjustable bedframe, as I was having back surgery and needed the bed to help me with my recovery. I couldn't have picked a better choice. It basically comes assembled. You literally just opened it up and unfold it and place your mattress on it and you're good to go. So far over two months and it has had zero problems it works perfectly. The adjustments in remote control are easy to use and I'm very satisfied with my purchase and thankful that I was able to find a brand that met all my needs I highly recommend the adjustable bed.
Overall not a bad adjustable bed. Needed something quickly and Walmart had it in stock and delivered within 2 days. Assembly would be a lot easier with 2 people, but it is doable with one. Be sure not to add too much pressure to the legs as you flip it back over or you risk damaging the threads. Would have liked for it to have the multi-sectional legs to be able to adjust the height. We had to change who the bed was for because of the height issue. Motor moves smoothly with minimal noise. The wireless remote has worked well with no issues. Cloth covering is not the best quality, but should last for a few years. Would I buy again in a pinch? Yes. But if I had time to plan out the purchase, I probably would not get this unit.
First of all I am a long time customer of WalMart and have been treated well by them. This adjustable bed works good but apparently an older bed was sent. MFG Date 3/2024. The remote is 6 button without the backlit key pad and no flashlight. I called customer service number listed in the manual asking for the better remote and Rachel said she would call me back the next day. I have called and left messages, e-mailed and have had no reply in the past 6 days. So customer service so far gets a big ZERO. The manual states that "...issues to be resolved with replacement parts...", so what is the issue here? I am on the fence about returning this as I hate to see WalMart get stung for the shipping, but I still have the packaging stored and a truck to drop it off with at my neighborhood store. Rachel if you read this, time is running out.
the grid on top does not hold up. This is not a solid top. It is a mesh grid covered by metal. If this was plywood or plastic/solid I would be 5 stars all day long for this item. Otherwise it seems very well built but I would not suggest using a foam mattress on this.
clicks and pops like the item was dropped, it really pops like its getting stuck then releases. the pop if loud and feels like someone lightly kicked the bed . remote is cheap plastic, and i cant get the buttons to work 1/2 of the time without pressing it 2,3 or more times. i doubt it will last thru the warranty period, dont buy this is my recommendation. yes its cheap but you definitely get what you pay for, doubt i will buy crap at here again lets see if the will replace the remote...?
Was delivered Damaged, the corner of the bed was crushed. Walmart would only return and not exchange it for another. Had to take some wrenches and bend everything as straight as I could. It's about 90%. It was on sale and the sale price was over once it was delivered, so i couldn.t reorder with the $100 savings.
This bed worked until the return window for Walmart closed, then the wiring underneath the bed quit working. Getting ahold of customer service was slow and weird. Instead of contacting me to work out a solution, I got cc'd on an email telling someone to send me a motor. After a few days of no contact, I called the customer service number and spoke to someone who told me they'd have the part to me by Friday. I am two weeks into trying to communicate at that point. Come Friday, no part, no email with a tracking number, and a big assumption that I'll be able to install the motor. They so quickly determined that it was the motor that this must be common failing. Not a fan, won't buy furniture with moving parts from Walmart again.
The manufacturer warranty is no good. Do not purchase this item. I purchased on 10/27/25 and the head of the bed barely lifts now. I am past the return or replacement for Walmart customer service. I purchased the additional warranty through Allstate with is useless because there is a 5 year warranty manufacturer warranty. I called customer service and was given a number to “Dorel Homes” and a voicemail with a woman with a heavy accent comes on to inform you all the services are online. No surprise the Dorel Homes website is difficult to navigate and you will not be able to speak to anyone. I will never purchase furniture from Walmart ever again. Only COSTCO going forward. My money is down the drain.
