Excellent product
The lashing ties are what keeps the rail in place for adjustable beds. Dad is 97 and love this product because it helps him get in and out of bed on his own. Highly recommend it. Great quality.

Pleased
This is so great for my elderly mother on her hospital bed. Helps her to get up out of bed. Very secure, is belted around the box spring and bed frame. When received it my husband put all the screws and bolts in it to put it together. Then I helped him place the two metal legs in between the mattress and box spring then the straps around box spring and frame. Recommend 100%.

Very sturdy assist handle
Went to buy Band-Aids came home with this bed Assist Handle, what a simple install.Up in 30 min, my 94 year old Mom loves it. Worth every dime...

Completely satisfied!
I like the fact that it brought a peace of mind to my mom as for as security and safety. She loves the extra help on getting in and out of bed.

Instructions are horrible. Ex: looked like there were wheels in drawing but turned out to be straps which I couldn't figure out how to work properly. Just assembled it my way. Bed rail is good and sturdy.
