Since I was injured both my arm's couldn't extend fully. This arm exercise pully allows my arm's to be fully extended.
Works great! And about 30.00 less expensive than medical supply store.
Works just like it should.
Works well for shoulder surgery
After rotator cuff surgery I needed something to help with rehab. This worked great and made PT much easier.
My husband had shoulder surgery and the pulley really helps him to work on getting the mobility back in the arm and shoulder. For the first month all stretching had to be done passively. With the pulley he can control the speed when raising his arm and the height. He has to do some stretches seated to get the arm higher with the pulley.
My physical therapist recommended a door pulley to use at home as my pt benefits were about to run out. This specific pulley was available at medical supply stores but Walmart's price was the cheapest. Not the best of the best as far as equipment but it does the job! And at a great price!
Fits best on a thick door, such as an exterior door. The bracket (the oart that fits over the door) is a bit large for most interior doors, and lacks an adequate adjustment mechanism - which realy could consist of a wing nut and padded plate. With some home modifications you can make it work on an interior door.
works as advertised but the pulleys sometime move out of place. easy to assemble and use
Very expensive for the overall fit, finish and quality of materials - appearance suggests a product that would be 1/2 the purchase price. Rope constantly falls off the pulley wheels while in use Product does work somewhat as intended, but it's cheaply made and significantly overpriced
