Drive Medical Plastic Tub Transfer Bench with Adjustable Backrest

Very helpful and sturdy. I purchashed the little black clip on thing that is holding a shower head. I had also purchased a dual water valve, shower head and hose seperately. I feel safe and at ease in this shower chair. It was only supposed to be temporary until I recovered from my surgeries but I like it so much, I am going to keep using it.

This is ideal. I had foot surgery, can cover the cast and go from scooter to seat since its' outside of the tub. It's very stable and works well in the shower.

We had one of these already great chair... Had to get another because it was almost 6 years old and weld broke... good value for your money the only thing I will say bad is the seat seems smaller it is lighter weight also which is good.

I didn't need a transfer bench, I purchased this to use as a waterproof outdoor chair that would dry quickly after rain. Easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. Seat is more comfortable with a cushion I carry outside when going to sit. Not a gorgeous chair, but very functional for my purpose.

This bench is very large. It takes up a lot of space and makes it difficult to get in and out of the tub. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that it was not returnable so I'm stuck with it.

Great well constructed BUT cannot put inside Normal tub...Half out half in no good shower curtain unusable thus water all over the place...maybe newer tubs are wider so in that case would be fine...although unused cannot return still new...Good for next yard sale.

The bench isn't as sturdy as I thought it would be and I am not near the weight capacity. I had had surgery and needed it cause after surgery I had sprained my knee.It shakes and pops when I transfer to the bench so I always pray it doesn't break and the handle that is on the bench pops if you use it so I use the grab bar inside my tub instead of the bench handle bar. I am so thankful it hasn't broken with me and thankful it has held up so I can get my shower.

Ordered this third-party item through walmart.com when I realized it wasn't gonna be there for almost a week. So I went to another retailer and purchased a bench for my mother as that was too long to not take a bath. I canceled my order within the hour and received a cancellation notice that my order was canceled and I would not be charged. Three days later I received a notice that they sent the item and they charged my card. I tried to return it at Walmart, but they said they couldn't return it because it was a hygienic item for their policy. Contacted the third-party seller, and they continually told me they could not return it because it was Walmarts policy to not take a hygienic product back. I informed them the box was not open, but they kept replying with the same answer. Do not order this item unless you know you're gonna keep it cause there was nothing but a pain and it makes me wonder about buying from walmart.com.

I received the chair in a timely fashion, which was great. However, we needed to use it immediately and were not able to due to a missing handle. I have contacted Walmart customer service which contacted the seller. Hopefully this can get resolved quickly so I can update my review as the chair seems to be sturdy, well-made, and easy to assemble.

This is disappointing. How am I supposed to find a chair for my father in law? It's not locally stocked. The chair was too large for our tub. It was assembled but never used. I repacked the item in the original packing materials. Devibliss refused to accept return, citing health safety issues for customers %26 employees. Yup, they're right I missed the notice on the listing. My bad. I'm out $60. Live and learn.
