We use it with a pee pad so if the dog miss getting all the way on pee pad.

This are wonderful! They are great for replacing pee pads, new puppy can't shred them, no urine smell, and easy to wash %26 hang dry. I have 2 Yorkie's %26 I've have 4 of these and keep 2 down while the other 2 are being washed. I wish I'd had these yrs ago!

It was advertised as washable, only it isn't. Is it's urine, it can be rinsed off. Is it is Pooh it won,'t come off.. you can scrub and scrub and still see the stain. Even if you use good shampoo, it won't come off. I wanted something I could clean and still look nice on my bedroom carpet. Very disappointed. It looks nice, but I would like to clean it properly.

These mats are extremely thin I don't know how well they'll hold up to being washed I did not put them in the dryer I air-dried them so we'll see at this point I can't give a rating
