This is the second time I've purchased this product. I love it. Nothing wrong with the first ones I purchased, just needed an additional one. Highly recommend.

Have not yet been able to use the outlet tower,. It has a screw to replace the one that secures the outlet plate to the outlet and the screw is so small that I do not have a screwdriver smaller enough to fasten it.

USB ports didn't stay working for long
I loved it initially. Then both USB ports stopped charging, just a few weeks after the return window closed. The regular outlets still work, there are no other issues this far, but it's pain in the neck using it without USB ports.
