Does it's job holds up well in side and out . .
Fine stuff
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a roll of the Duck brand Utility Duct Tape and there is nothing bad you can say about a roll of duct tape. You can use this stuff for everything. Its sticky and it's easy to tear. I use this stuff to fix bikes, broom handles, even my pocket book. If you can't glue it you can tape it. Heck it even held up an old truck bumper there for awhile. If you need it fixed now - you need duct tape. I keep a roll in my car, in my kitchen and in my garden box.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. It's super sticky and really works. So far we've used it for holding together a school science project. I'm sure we will be getting plenty of use from this duck tape over the upcoming months.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is durable, heavy duty, kinda hard to tear. It's thick and very sticky. You can get in many colors, holds up for indoor and outdoor use and in all types of weather. I used mine for several projects from crafting with my kids to covering holes and tears in my bed liner in the back of my truck. I would repurchase and recommend to anyone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This duct tape is very strong. It has an adhesion that is what you would expect from a duct tape. It does a great job. This tape is very strong and durable. It sticks to just any surface. This tape is wide and allows me to write on it with a sharpie marker without it smearing. This is perfect if I want to use the duct tape as a labeler, which is something that I do when I'm labeling and storing boxes. It sticks very well to cardboard. It will leave behind a sticky residue on plastics, but that is the same for any duct tape. The residue can easily be removed with an alcohol swab. I tried this duct tape on multiple surfaces, plastic, cardboard, cords, glass, concrete to hold cords down. They all exceeded my expectations for strength. It can easily be torn to use so scissors or a knife is not necessary. I would reccomend this duct tape as for it's strength, ease of use and durability.
Possibly a bad stock or old stock. Won't even stick to itself. Garbage purchase.
This is clearly a case of you get what you pay for. I bought it because I only needed a small amount of duct tape. However when I got it home and opened it up I instantly knew it had no real sticky like the real duct tape. I did try it and within days it literally fell off the pipe. This product is super cheap but just does not work. If you need duct tape pay for it!
The pics are just a small sample of what happened through using the complete roll of tape. I am 63 years old. I know how to ease the tape off when it starts doing this. I couldn't get more than about 12" off at a time before it ripped. I keep my tape - all of it - out of the sun, away from excessive heat, etc. This was the most frustrating project I have ever used duct tape on. This junk is extremely thin, not very sticky (except to itself) - I would like to give it '0' stars. I have an old roll of 3M that has been thrown around my tool boxes, vehicles, shop, etc - for over 12 years. It's been crushed, wrinkled, and so forth. It's WAY better than this Duck Tape.
This tape is so thin and does not even stick to cardboard boxes!!! It also does not peel off roll right. It always leaves little sticky strings that get stuck to your hands. Do not buy this product.
