so I purchased this for a snowstorm where i live and this emergency blanket did not disappoint. it actually works it does what it says it does. i would recommend but I wish it was a little bit cheaper and had 2 instead of just 1.
I bought several for a robot Halloween costume. The extra ones are going in my car for emergencies. They will easily fit in a glove compartment. I wish I had one on hand for the snowstorm that stranded me in my car for 6 hours. Nothing fancy (edges aren't quite evenly cut) -- but it will hold in your body heat and keep you warm.
The blanket is lightweight and compact. Can do double duty as a signal blanket in a pinch. The material wasn't heavy duty though.
My son used this emergency blanket to keep warm on a survival camp out. It worked great in the sunlight on a cold winter day. We bought more for future use.
I have purchased these for out up coming Room at the Inn @ Simmons YMCA, I am hoping it will be a useful item for those who receive it, i.e. Ground cover, rain protection, warmth. I also used one to cover my cats outside bed.
I bought several of these as gifts to keep in a storm shelter. Fortunately, they have not had to use them, but will be there when needed. Very small, compact packaging, and inexpensive. I would recommend this product.
I get Them For The Homeless
Great for our go bag
Bought this for my disaster kit. Blanket is very light and seems to be good for one use only. I intend on trying it as a space blanket on my tent floor in cold weather to reflect body heat, might be better for that, but it will do what it supposed to do in an emergency.
over priced product. bot better than cheaper ones
