Duck Clean Release 1.41 in. x 60 yd. Blue Painter's Tape, 4 Rolls

I have a 1900 Queen Anne with a lot of beautiful wood throughout entire house from pocket doors and wood floors, but what also came with this house was a lot of drafts as it has never been fully insulated in 125 yrs, and our coldest January in 2025 cost my heat/electric to be $300, so to not do that again, I purchased heavy plastic in the painters isle of Walmart, and this blue tape. i was amazed how strong this tape is and the ease of removal as it was holding up a lot of plastic the size of 6' × 9' heavy plastic. I cant comment on how well it does for painting lines on walls or keeping paint from bleeding over onto wood trim, (maybe one day) but I can state that it is very strong and sticks extreamly well, and easily release from Oak wood. Just purchased 3rd roll.

I can't say enough how much I LOVE BLUE (yes specifically BLUE) painter's tape. I have tried several of the other colors and wouldn't recommend them but recommend the BLUE painter's tape for about anything that you can imagine. I've used it to hang posters, pictures, tape puzzles for kids to color together, close boxes temporarily, remove cat and dog hair, and help when wanting a straight line for something too. I'm a crafter and I use it all the time in my crafting too. It's got just the right amount of sticky and can be used over again. It's an excellent value for the money. My family and I make sure to have the blue painter's tape in several places in our house.

We used this to hang birthday decorations at an AirBnB to ensure no lasting damage, no color pulled up from the wall, etc and it worked perfectly. There was no damage to the walls or to the decorations and everything stayed in place for the week without falling, tearing, or any issues.

This tape is much easier to use than the "old" style masking tape I had. This comes off the roll easy and is easy to apply to the job being used for. I did not get it for painting, but for an easy remove tape that does not leave marks or stickiness.

This tape makes painting so much better!! I am a messy woman lol I cannot color in the lines so having this tape really saved my house from looking like a 5 year old painted lol it's easy to put on and more importantly it's easy to take off! I definitely recommend this tape to anyone doing any painting and want a decent paint job !!

really great tape for everyday household painting. it's a little hard to take off and remove if you leave it in place for more than a day. and I'm not sure the lines are as clean as they could be but overall it's great tape for what I needed. it's affordable and that's why I pick it so it's a pretty decent quality for the price. I like its thickness and the ease of application. it comes off the rolll nice as well.

we painted door frames and used the tape when going to paint the walls when removing the tape new paint came off ruined the paint on the frame I thought the idea was no running of colors and it shouldn't remove any paint and frames dried for over three weeks before I did walls

One of my favorite go-to items when I have either major painting jobs or touchup work. The key that I have found to a great painting experience is the prep work. Yes it can be tedious, but the results are unquestionably better and the actual paint time is accelerated. So be sure to estimate your total time and not focus on the assumption of extra time used to mask, cut-in, and roll. This tape leaves crisp clean edges along the walls and floor. It won't stick and peel your taped trim and it will look professionally done. ENJOY!

I know this is a bit unconventional, but I actually use this tape for all my hobby and packaging needs—not for painting! Living in a very dry, high-heat climate, I've had so many issues with tapes leaving a sticky mess on my boxes and, even worse, on my collectible figures. But with this stuff, I can pack away my figures and small items for a year, and when I finally open them up, the tape peels right off without a single bit of residue. It's a lifesaver for anyone who cares about their products
