Duck General Purpose Packaging Tape with Manual Tape Dispenser, 1.88 in x 25 yd, Clear, 1 Roll

I just moved the 1st of June and found Walmart's Boxes %26 Packing Tape to be less than half $$ of any other Brand. Their Boxes are Strong and the Tape is User Friendly. I have used other brands of Tape before that was thin and was Hard to pull and cut.

Probably a case of you get what you pay for. This packing tape was pretty cheap and next time i will pay up. It's not strong and doesn't hold up while while trying to peal a strip off. It kept splitting and was pretty frustrating trying to get entire (whole) pieces off to tape up my package.

You think you're getting a decent roll of tape that you can use on packages but this is really thin I had the heavy duty one and that was too sticky just wouldn't even stay on the boxes this one is so thin every time you pull it it just rips so now I'm on the hunt for another roll of tape. I used double the amount just to make sure it would stick to the box well.

This tape is narrower than most packing tape I've used and it's also flimsier. it was extremely annoying to use since it would come off the cutter and stick to itself. Unlike better tapes it would be incredibly difficult to peel back. If I wasn't short on time mid move I would've returned it.

After you got past the starter tab if the tape touched itself it was nearly impossible to restart cuz it kept tearing it was so thin. the project I had was time sensitive so I ended up having to use a different kind of tape for the project. I thought with it being a name brand that that flimsiness wouldn't have been an issue. I will always go with the heavy duty moving forward even though it's more expensive. the dispenser was great but the tape sucked!

This tape is extremely thin and difficult having on a roller. It kept slipping off the metal piece to keep it going on straight because it is so thin. The tape also didn't stick very well at all. I would not call this packing tape for boxes for moving. I would say you could use it to tape paper together or bubble wrap.

The tape is tissue paper thin. It is unusable. It can not hold its shape and twists when attempting to place on items. It is essentially useless. You may be able to tape a 2 inch area before it twists whether using the appropriate dispenser or by hand. It will not hold a box together unless you tape over the same areas multiple times... but expect to throw away most of it as it collapses on itself %26 twists if you continue to dispense more than an inch or two which renders it unusable for packaging.

My roll of this tape didn't work because the tape would split every time. Like 2 inches, then a split lengthwise - not across the width of the tape. I restarted the roll but it would rip every time. Of course it happened when I needed it most.

Tape appears thin and hard to get start on roll. Has a tendency to fall back against itself . Only by packing tape by scotch! Duck packaging tape is horrible to work with .

Had to throw away as soon as i opened to use. The tape kept splitting apart because it is so thin. I have a small business and ship all over the USA. I could not get a piece of tape off the roll that was consistent. It continued to disintegrate and split as i tried to use it. I would stop, find the ending, and try again, only to see it would split again. Had to throw away. So thin. Very disappointed. Wont ever buy this one again
