It was obviously used because the actual spout screen where the water is supposed to come out was clogged with calcium or minerals and would not spray. It also had smudges on the base plate. Sold as new and it wasn't.
I had a rough time getting the different sizes of the hoses on the faucet and my older house ones, but once I got them to mate up, it was a breeze to put in. It has provided SO much more room to get pots and pans washed that our standard faucet did not provide.
almost perfect match for the one replaced but even better and cheaper than the other one that was 15 plus yrs old and has an extra feature very happy with the purchase
I ordered a sink and they asked me if I would like a faucet to go with it. I ordered this one. It is absolutely beautiful and I love it. The price was extremely reasonable in comparison to the big box stores.

Nice looking, just what i wanted. Box was opened upon delivery. The pull down spray nozzle leaks, which was discovered upon installation. And the on/off knob...pulled completely off! My handyman fixed it, but for brand new I was very disappointed in this purchase.
Loved how it looked but connecting nuts are too big to connect to existing water lines
I wish it would have made it absolutely clear that it has a bigger attachment it doesn't fit a 3/4. and you have to get an attachment which is not included and it's really hard to find and you can't even switch out the compression hoses because they are like attached to it
Doesn't look bad and the sprayer heads different selection options are a plus but everytime you pull the sprayer down from the post the faucet post almost breaks off at the base. It hasn't broken yet but you can tell it's only a matter of time before it snaps off. Just not a quality build at all.
Returned it plumber said CHEAP!!!
