not chewing your food thoroughly, eating too fast, or breathing through your mouth can cause trapped gas. this can cause huge digestive issues -- things can't move as easily in air filled tunes and digestion can slow down and just ferment. if your belly is always taut and hard and bloated and food seems to just get stuck in you you might have trapped gas. I always thought I had IBS but I just wasn't chewing my food enough and I was eating too fast. gas would get stuck and push up on my diaphragm and cause me difficulty breathing. I had to relearn good eating habits....slow down and chew until it is much... and I had to beat my habit of breathing though my mother and swallowing too much air. changed my life, try it. this is still good to help get rid of trapped gas and food that just isn't moving on occasion...sometimes what we eat causes excess gas no matter how much we chew. if you feel too full and bloated and it is causing discomfort and even breathing issues this will help get it all out.

I have an incurable disease of my colon it's hard to find anything to help me go about this. I hadn't went in a couple days and the other morning I picked it up and looked at it and read the directions. it said 30 minutes with water. I had no water. I had some that was melted. still had ice in it. I said well that'll do. I'm disabled. I can't walk by myself so I read the label. it said 30 minutes. I drank it. I wasn't to the bathroom in 34 minutes and boy did I finish and I feel so good. I sure will be buying some more of that in Walmart gifts in here on time. it doesn't cost much. be just at one time was worth the money. it don't taste. too bad. it's kind of like milk and magic right on the money!!

works great! quick too! however.....2 things I would recommend, 1. Coat your throat first, with a drink or a bite of food right before swallowing it. My husband and I both felt like it almost choked us or even a burning sensation in our throat after swallowing it, but if we took a drink or bite of food before swallowing it..no problem! 2..Drink a lot of water or something after taking it, or it does not work as quickly or as effective.

This product works gently, I have to take a full dosage of it, 60 ml, and it definitely takes overnight to have an effect on me. However, it does really help and it doesn't make you feel terribly sick.

well the taste isn't bad. it does what it's supposed to do, happened for me after 2 hours of drinking it. i didn't have any cramping. quick relief. don't make plans when taking this for some time

This Dulcolax has great cherry flavor %26 works like a charm. It comes w/ a measured cup so you don't take too much. As I previously said it " works" fast , unlike the tablets. So, if your having " issues", I highly recommend this product.

Occasionally I have to take something to get moving, I appreciate this not making my stomach hurt and it doesn't taste bad either. Just be sure you are home and don't have things to do for a bit that day.

Well, folks, we had to tackle this subject sooner or later. I've had constipation issues since I was a teen. Until recently, I had pretty much tried everything, until someone recommended Ducolax. I mean, wow, if you take a full dose (It looks and tastes like Pepto-Bismol, only better). Stay home, close to your bathroom. In 3-6 hours, you will be actively running back and forth to the toilet, but what a relief!

It works! I initially tried the lowest dose (30 ml) to determine how effective it would be. However, it didn't work for me at that amount. The following day I took the full dose (60 ml) and it was very effective. Make sure to have your glass of water ready because although it has a very pleasant scent it is cloyingly sweet. I will definitely continue to use in the future.
