Only the MEDICATED suppositories work fast, so a must have on hand, as a travel item. I found the non medicated (just glycogen) just do not get the job done. Effecting treatment for chronic constipation for a pediatric patient. Can snap them in half cleanly for a half dose. Pharmacist may recommend storing in refrigerator but don't do that if you're going to break them in half or they don't split as well.

This suppository does exactly what it says it does! Works quickly and I will continue using it as needed.!I'm in my 70's and it isn't too harsh for me.!

Somehow, I get to buy all the “embarrassing” products for others. I'm a man who's never used this product, adult diapers, or feminine hygiene products. But it must work as I have been asked to restock it 3-4 times. A high-fiber diet works fine for me. “Four Stars” is me being “judgy” of those who don't love fiber as much as I do!😁

...nothing after leaving them in overnight. Oh I passed a couple semi melted suppositories in the morning but nothing else. Maybe I have a more serious problem than these are meant to handle.
