Very easily adjusted for a comfortable fit; soft on the skin; ample heat. I use it on my arthritic, sore wrists and hands which helps relieve their pain and makes them less stiff and much more flexible. I've also used it on a bad knee and achy ankle; the straps are long enough to wrap these areas. The lowest setting is usually enough heat, but sometimes I need to use the medium setting. It also comes with a cooling gel pack that fits into a built in pocket if you need to apply cold.

omg an amazing product!!!! after like 20 min with the heating pad on I took it off and it felt like I was walking on clouds cuz that's how much the pain was gone in my knee. that's only after one use. I definitely recommend this for people who have arthritis or joint issues in their knee or elbow!!!!!

This thing is wonderful!! I'm an office worker and do a lot of typing, additionally I run a small business where I crochet a lot, which is hard on the elbows due to the tension I have to maintain on my hands. I bought this to help with the nerve/muscle pain I was getting and I love it! It comes with an ice pack, so you can disconnect the power cable, freeze and slip in the ice wrap, wrap it around your knee or in my case, my elbow, then strap it down with the velcro and it stays put. You can also connect the power cable, connect it to power, set your heat setting, and it will warm up your joint. It's been absolutely fabulous and works great! It fits snug on my arm for cool or heat, and the nice thing about the freezer pack is it's flexible so it forms to your joints. Very pleased with this purchase.

I ordered 3 different me brace Is joint rap warmer I sent the other ones back because they didn't work properly and this is the only one that worked properly I recommend this product to anyone that has problems with their needs authorised this joint pain it works

Works very well to reduce pain. Im going to purchase two more cold pads when theyre back in stock. It doesnt alleviate all of the pain, but does make it more tolerable for a several hours. The packaging warns that diabetics or those with limited circulation should not use heating pads which is not mentioned in the advertisement. This is definitely a keeper for me.

It get hot for a few minutes then cools down, it'll warm up again eventually but not as hot as those first 2 minutes. Same on each setting. I do like that the heating pad and the ice pack both cover the whole knee, adjustable straps.

this order was shipped by ONTRAC logistics shipping which is a pathetic shipping company and it arrived correct date that almost 10:30 p.m. my time which is past my bedtime. they could have used UPS or United States postal service other than that the product is great. My rating is for the delivery service

Joint wrap no. Knee or elbow wrap no. Needed for shoulder and ankle. Can't think of anything use for it or way it could be used for any other joints. Returned

I am so angry!! I purchased this hoping to ease the pain in my knee. HOWEVER, according to the instruction booklet, I can't. It says do not use if you have circulatory problems, are diabetic, nerve damage, etc. This information is IMPORTANT and should be noted in the description on your sites that sell this item. People need to know this BEFORE purchase. No where does it mention any of this. There isn't even anything on the box. If you are a person that doesn't normally read the instruction booklet, you would never know and quit possibly put yourself in danger.
