Love the windows,not the shipping process !!
I love the windows,but the shipping process must have been rough ride,all of the boxes were ripped and or bent,so my carpenter that installed them made them serve their purpose,so they are installed now

Incorrect measurements
These windows are NOT 32x18. The Duo Corp 3218SLID window which is described as 32x18 is actually 31.75 x 19.5
