Needed a new adapter,it's everything you are looking for . This adapter works for Ethernet connections to all different connections in one adapter, easy directions and ready to go as soon as you open your package .love it !

I'll start with what I like about this dock/hub first: It was inexpensive and does work with all 5 of my laptops with USB-C ports. It provides one USB-A 2.0 port for mouse or keyboard; one USB-A 3.0 for higher speed connectivity / throughput; one USB-C 3.0 output port for flash drives, etc as well as one USB-C power input port. In theory, it'll provide power INTO your laptop provided you give it 13 to 15 MORE watts into the hub than you need delivered to your laptop. For example; your laptop requires 65 watts of power, you'll need to provide 78 to 80 watts of USB-C power into the dock/hub. Not a drawback, just how consumer electronics work and something to be aware of The dock/hub also comes with an HDMI output, SD and micro-SD slots as well as a wired Ethernet port. What I don't particularly like: 1) The Ethernet port is NOT Gigabit. It is 100Mbits per second only. That fact was omitted in the sellers description when I bought mine - if you need Gigabit speed, avoid this dock/hub. 2) Something else which was not clearly explained in the description: the built-in HDMI port will NOT work unless your laptop's USB-C port supports Thunderbolt 3 or 4. Two of my laptops do not and I was very disappointed to discover it after the fact. Overall, it's a pretty good unit for the cost and it has come in handy. I've had it more than 30 days and so far it has been reliable. Just be aware of the 1999-era 100 Mb wired Ethernet speed constraints and the fact that, in general, laptops must be Thunderbolt capable to display any video via the HDMI port and you'll be OK

It works fine. However, it says it's Gigabit Ethernet (which is 1000Mbps) for the ethernet port. However, in the description, it says only 100Mbps, which is NOT Gigabit Ethernet. It does not get speeds over 100Mbps. Which is not a huge deal but still worth noting the inaccuracy if you're expecting full speeds.

I have a Samsung Tablet and Android cell phone. I could not get the Hub to work with either one. I see on the box it says build for Apple 12, so maybe that's why. The network connector lights up, but no connection to device in files. There's no instructions included. Other than that it seems wonderful if it did work. It had all the ports I needed. I returned it and there were no questions asked so Walmart was great.

Physical Ethernet chokes speed down substantially less than WiFi Don't know if that's typical for these types of hubs but be warned when using it

It was not readable by my computer and was not a plug and play. I would plug items into it and it was not findable by my computer.

It has a ton of issues with the usb-c port supporting storaging devices and it doesn't work correctly the HDMI port for long period of time. Had a bunch of issues. Just buy the powered docking station if need to connect more than 3 devices

Did not work as a LAN connection to a USB C port on a Windows 11 laptop. Another adapter works in a similar fashion. Returned same day.
