Bought this product I bought it for our church to do crafts and use on plastic pumpkins. It was amazing and it held the color beautifully would highly recommend it and we will use it on our next crafts an excellent product.

Dupli color CP199 Clear Adhesion Promoter is an excellent preparation spray for plastics that are going to be painted as it promotes and a great bond and cure between the two materials making sure that your primer and basecoat are successful in adhesion and not going to peel in the future

I used this primer when I dyed my grey seat pivot covers to match my new black seat upholstery. It passed the scratch and scuff test and looks great!
