more time will tell. I think it's also important to use as directed. My nails have sustained some growth. But internal health is wlso important and i am insufficient innsome votal nutrients such as iodine wnd vihamin D, which im working on. But i recommended this because it truly seems to work to sustain growth and also keep nail polish longer. If it peels closer than usual, just remove with zoya nail polish remover and redo. It will really help the nails. I gave 4 stars becwuse ir doeent seem to last longer than 2 days by itself.
