Treated myself to this on Black Friday and used it for the first time yesterday. SPEECHLESS! I have naturally curly hair and never really style my hair out of fear of damaging my curls. I've wanted a Dyson for a while knowing it's styling with air vs heat and the results were incredible! For someone with literally zero experience in using hair tools or curling my hair, I was easily able to figure it out and get great results - I looked like a different person! The only negative callout would be for the “cold shot” I was expecting this air to feel really cold and it was more like room temperature - maybe this is normal I was just expecting it to be physically cold and it wasn't.

It's probably on me (didn't look closely enough), but it only had one size curler and was sans any carrying case (which in the reviews at least it was mentioned was provided). Oh well. I tried. Going to return and buy new. I can't speak to how well it worked as I already knew it wasn't what my daughter wanted.

Love the curling attachment, as a hair dryer it leaves a bit to be desired. However after a week of use, it said the filter needed to be cleaned. I've followed several tutorials from Dyson for how to clean it and it still shuts off every two seconds saying the filter is dirty. Pretty disappointing.

it was not working sunce day one, 30 seconds working and stopped, now even it is not working for one second

I spend $230 for this item. After I receive it I realized this item is not only refurbished but also missing items and no package. If you want to spend this much money it's better to look for other brands or buy a new one on sale. Very disappointed.

was able to use product one time then it would no longer turn on. I tried everything on the dyson website, cleaning it resetting the hair styler and turning the breakers off and on, I also had my electrician come over just to make sure it wasn't an outlet or electricity issue, and the dyson just ended up being broken

Understanding this is refurbished but it came terribly packaged, un-branded, no case, not protected items dropped out of the box got dented right away. This is not what I expect from dyson quality. There isn't even instructions. It works good, round brush is way to small but does the job.
