A very through investigation for these scooters revealed a amazing variables, in spite of most similarities! Other major sources showed this EXACT model %26 specs at about 20-30% higher with shipping. Wallmart's price was the best %26 great fast shipping. ONE drawback is Manufacturer did not respond to some questions. !
This Mobility Scooter was exactly what I was looking for! Excellent value for your money! Seems very well made, it came very well packaged and was very minimal assembly, the wheels were already on it. The basket on the front is very large and has an additional storage under the seat which was one of the selling features that sold me on this scooter. I also like that you can adjust the speeds one through six. I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a lightweight, well built, affordable scooter. The only thing I would like as an improvement would be to have a charging port a little more accessible than having to remove the battery to plug it in. It wasn't a deal breaker but it would have been a little more convenient to be able to plug it in without removing the battery. However, the battery does have a nice handle on it and removes very easily. If your on the fence BUY IY!
We really liked the ease of putting in the car. Assembly was easy but missing essential parts. The entire back frame was bent and unit was scratched on the back.Looked like used merchandise. Was refunded some for these disappointments and missing parts were shipped from China. Fun to ride and shop!
Liked everything about this scooter except the misrepresentation of it folding flat. I could see the problem was the folding knob was not raised as it is on the photo so there was not enough room for it to clear the seat. I called customer service hoping they would have a fix or replace with one built correctly. I was told unfortunately this is a problem they have with this scooter and there is nothing they can do about it. I will probably be returning for this reason.
The scooter is very easy to set up and store in a regular vehicle. However, it does not handle well on pavers or any non-smooth terrains. The steering jerked several times when crossing the road and one time caused to hit pedestrain. The battery has to be charged on average of 2.5 hous and takes 4 hours to charge. There is a slot for an additional battery but it is not included. I had great hopes for this scooter but the handling on terrains and the bolt popping off the seat within two days was a let down.
It was a great scooter, however there was sticky fluid was leaking from it. I contacted the manufacturer and they refused to help, even though the one year manufacturer warranty was still in effect. I was told I had to go through Walmart and I’m still working to get a refund or replacement. I’m dissatisfied in the Ealog customer service on this item.
I was excited to receive this unit but there are quality issues. I just got this product and it is already not as advertised. the handle doesn't fold all the way and they know this and try to scam people into buying their horrible quality product. here is the email i got from them. I tried to all their phone number 1 833-445-1099, i was on hold and i finally hung up the phone after 15 minutes, and the phone is from a service center that is not related to this company at all. Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and the delay in responding to your email. Your issue has been forwarded to our engineers for review, who have confirmed that the product you purchased does indeed exhibit this specific problem. During the manufacturing process of a limited number of units, shorter components were used, resulting in difficulty when folding the product and preventing it from folding to its lowest height. However, you can disassemble the control lever to fold it to a relatively low height. All other functions remain fully operational. We take full responsibility for this matter. Should you choose to continue using the product, we offer a discount exceeding 40% off the original price, along with a permanent 10% discount on all future purchases of our brand's products. If you prefer to return the item, we will provide a return shipping label to facilitate your refund. We look forward to your response. Sincerely, EAGLOG
Worked a few months great. Then suddenly wouldnt move. Email back and forth over 2 months with me paying someone to video and take apart. Finally they saw a part and fallen out. Then they mailed parts for me to hire someone to install parts. I ordered the scooter due to wanting some freedom from a wheelchair. costly to to have someone put it together and then all these things for repairs. I wouldnt call that much of a warranty.
i assembled it and drove it around the house for a couple minutes on 2 different occasions and it worked fine. ten it sat still for a couple weeks and when i went to drive it to the car so i could load it into the trunk, it wouldn't start. it showed the battery was fully charged but i put it on the charger for a couple hours and it still wouldn't start. i checked to be sure the connections were tight and they were so i was left with no choice but to return it
Battery needs to be constantly charged does not keep the charge. Stopped dead when I went over a small bump on my driveway I have other mobility scooters and never had an issue. When on grass or uneven ground feels like you will tip over Very nervous felt unsafe while operating
