Electric Mobility Scooter Assembly

Professional method of getting your scooter assembled. We had to reschedule which was easy. The Angi person showed up and texted me through the app which went to my phone. I was able to call him to find out which door he was at and ask what color shirt he was wearing which helped us find him. Great job putting it together and showing us how it easily collapses for traveling. I will use Angi for other tasks around my house going forward!

Installer was very professional and cleaned up the area where he worked. He Mr. Brown gets a 5 Stars rating from us. He's definitely a great asset for Walmart

The scooter arrived 2 days late. Thanks Fedex. The assembler lived close by and was literally on call. Her work was excellent. I would definitely use this service again.

I love this walker. But I returned it because of its weight. I'm not strong enough to put it in the trunk of my car and pull it back out to use. If I can't get it in my car or out again I can't use it. It rolls over the broken sidewalk, the street that needs resurfacing, and the nice restaurant floor. And it looks great. I've been using the cheap kind with inefficient wheels and tennis balls. There is a world of difference between my old basic walker and this one. I did not want to return it. And it is so good looking it makes me appear better.

I paid to have them assemble it. It is still a little rickety and scary sliding onto it from the edge of the bathtub. It was assembled for a right shoulder/hand use which is hard if you cannot use the right hand and shoulder. Must bring the left hand over which is hard. Also, very little room in the seat to sit down. It is adequate for short term use.

the box was so heavy, not 20lbs so i never opened it, but do know its sold through a third party, and i sent this back over a week ago, and now they are saying up to three weeks before a refund. i will be more careful of what i purchase! this is ridiculous

I paid $69.99 for 2 no shows.. The add did not specify a person to come to my home calling using a spam. I expected my item to arrive already put together because it is small. I am 79 yrs, I do not answer spam calls..I do not let strange men into my home. The ad is very deceptive. 69.99 for nothing with a no refund policy

We are currently on the third rescheduling to get this grab bar installed, if it does not happen this tuesday then I feel like I will explode. Having to deal with the AI "agents" because i don't want to have to call and wait on hold forever is stupid and these AI crap don't actually help. I will never use this service again after having to go through all of this because I feel like garbage that I keep having to tell my mother, who is recovering after going in and out of the hospital and just wants to be able to enjoy a shower safely that we have to keep waiting breaks my heart and infuriates me with a hatred for Angi like the fire of a thousand suns. As of posting this, if they reschedule again I will gladly talk to a lawyer to see if this qualifies as false advertising because this is horrid.

First No customer manual included. Can't get in touch with seller. You still need to put together things on the scooter. Now I need to contact Walmart for a manual.

They kept canceling the appointment after the 5th time ,I decided to do it myself, it put me in the hospital for pain shots afterwards at least i have my mobility scooter up and running now.
