package was delivered not normal and was in tall stand up position instead of flat normal scooter position ..was delivered with front wheels and headlight pointing in air in vertical box position . Picture on box was doing straight up wheelie.Straighten the air instead of laying level on the ground apparently, because it was easier for delivery man to fit on his cart.Improperly transported which stood the scooter on end instead of flat position on wheels which broke the lift handle on the back of the scooter?Because it was cracked where package was left with scooter standing on end.The package it had bounced on the ground and inside box container packing dented and scooter rear handle broken cracked in half from scooter being stood on end and not delivered as package suggested upright position suggest ..(would appreciate if I could have a new screw in handle for back of scooter sent to me ..

The little scooter is great. The only thing was the battery case came off of it and broke and I knew I don't need new batteries. I just need the plastic battery case where can I buy one?

Very disappointed 😔! Received scooter today. Noticed there was huge holes in box and it was beat up - was praying nothing was wrong. So wrong!!!! Front wheels are warped really bad. I can't afford to pay this price and it is destroyed before I can even use it.

Keeping because it's all put together and we needed it that day for my Mom to participate in a family activity BUT I am so tired of getting things from Walmart online and they are broken or sent me someone else's returns. I am so done with it. This has a handle to be able to pick up and the back one was broke in half with QC sticker right beside it. REALLY!?!?

This mobility scooter is nice and runs great. If I had known "NO RETURNS" even when it arrived with broken parts I would not have gotten it. The handle behind the seat that is used to lift into the car is broken all the way through. Yes, I can use it that way but hit pinches my hand and being new should not be broken. The other part is the small wheels on the back, the one on the left has a bent bolt through it. Again, I can use it but it should be in perfect shape until I mess it up. When it arrived the box was in perfect shape so I can not blame shipping, it was sent to me this way. When I tried to return from Walmart.com "NO RETURNS." When I called the very nice AI lady repeatedly told me "NO RETURNS" and would not put me on the phone with a human. Buyer beware, "NO RETURNS."

Base is 55.4 pounds, too heavy to lift in and and of a car, or at all. Obviously used and was poorly repackaged. Marks on the inside of the box only which shows flawed packing, styrofoam broken and not packing anything, just floating. pop Marks all over, both baskets warped. Battery came fully charged. Directions as to how to disassemble were lacking. Seemed to run okay around in my house testing it. Price was good. So even with it having been used I'd probably kept it but the 55.4 pound base dead-lift makes keeping this an impossibility. The whole point of mobility scooters is being and to go and do but remain independent, and that's not possible with the 55 pound base. I'm strong and tall, only a foot injury, and my back hurts on the left from lifting it out of the box, and into the car for a test run. I never did the test run because lifting it into the car was too hard so I knew I couldn't keep it.

Bought this mobility scooter AND the extended warranty from Walmart online. 3rd party seller shipped mobility scooter to my house damaged. I was unable to contact the 3rd party seller, as they are in China, and no one would return my calls. The hard bricks of styrofoam were exploded in the box. The wires and electrical cables are damaged. I called and was assured that Walmart would help me make this right. I have spent no less than 4 hours on phone calls with Walmart “associates”. 12 separate phone calls since Sept when the package was delivered damaged. All 12 phone calls were answered by Walmart “associates” who were in either Egypt or the Philippines. They will NEVER let you speak with an actual associate who can help. They lie and then keep you on holds for hours. They refunded my warranty money and cancelled the policy. HORRIBLE I am currently fighting an aggressive form of cancer and do not need to deal with this type of treatment. Do better Walmart-this IS DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING.

DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH WALMART OR SACVON! The scooter that was delivered to me has heavy damage to the tie rods and the inside of both tires. The scooter shows all signs of being used. On the right tie rod it is clear where someone tried to piece the broken parts back together. The men that delivered the scooter placed the box on its side, when I opened the box I took pictures of the serial number and through my pictures it was clear the scooter has heavy damage. No fault to the delivery men. I sent all photos to SACVON. We do not give refunds. I'm not asking for a refund. How can Walmart stand behind this company? The scooter was sold through Walmart and shipped by Walmart. I believe the scooter would make a good one without the heavy damage. In the photos you will see damage to both tires, bent and broken off screws. Wires that are not properly covered.

Received item with broken headlight. Dirt on tires. Packaging was broken. It's obvious this scooter has been used, broken and returned. I paid for a new scooter, not a used scooter. Very disappointed in Wal Mart. Third party vendor should have checked this returned scooter before trying to sell it as a new scooter.
