The shipping is scary! It shipped in two packages and the frame was shipped to another address 1 mile from my house. The lady was nice enough to come to my house and tell me so I could pick it up. Fedex suck shipping this item! Once all parts was received it took about 2 hours to install. Looks great very happy!

I wanted a fireplace ,but I was so pick. Then I found this one and I'm so glad I did. Easy to put together. My Fiancée but it together less than an hour.

I made a good choice its easy to assemble everything is numbered and pictures are clear and understandable the lights are gorgeous and along with the fire going its a conversation piece i reall love this and very happy with my choice.

Once you put it all together, it's a very nice entertainment center. The fire looks real and the heater works great. Very pretty and my 65" TV fits perfectly on top. Love it.

Very pretty. Heats well. Be patient putting it together though. The instructions are easy to understand but it still took over 6 hours to put it together but so worth it!

I love the look it gives to my family room. However, it came with damaged pieces. Customer service has been awful at correcting the problem. I sent pictures of the damaged pieces, I sent pictures of my receipt and I STILL haven't received compensation. My intent was to purchase another one for my formal living room, but forget it! I hired someone to put it together because there were too many parts and pieces. That wasn't an issue though. I purchase things from Walmart shop all the time, however, I have never had to squeeze blood out of a turnip to get compensation for something I purchased!

The seller said they sent the entire package to me but in 2 different orders. I received box 2 of 2 which was the fireplace portion but the TV stand itself never showed up. Seller insists that it was delivered and doesn't want to replace it. Walmart customer service is doing their best to get it replaced.

poorly made, board was damaged, split. While putting together end board fell over after having been tightened and the dowel split that area as well.

Very disappointed got only the insert never received the rest of it over 300$ I will never purchase a big item From Walmart again ever I may even call the better business bureau

Missing parts company print over damages and dents sent an email to company they said they would reach out never heard from them filing a claim with my bank
