Eastsport Unisex 18" Victory Top Loader Backpack, Black

I needed a top loading, tall book bag that wasn't going to cost too much, but looked rugged and had the pockets I needed. Suits my needs perfectly! I like the dark green color. I'm not using it constantly or backpacking with it, so can't say if it's the best for active people. I just needed a certain backpack to make traveling and organizing stuff that's not in my suitcase easier to fit on my back.

I love this backpack. It is high quality, carries all my things for school and is stylish. The only thing I wish it has was more inner pockets available to keep things more organized. I definitely recommend this durable and stylish bag. It hold heavy textbooks and the zipper is good quality. I love the front pocket.

I love these bags for the amount of stuff the schools require our kids to carry to school each day including their laptops. It can open very wide and can hold a lot or weight and last a long time

If you like pockets, this one probably isn't for you. Theres like one or two lol. However this is durable. It was tested and held a watermelon well. Theres a pouch part inside that can hold folders in place. I dont know how I feel about the top zipper yet, but it looks unique and convenient. The store should stock up the purple ones. I bought black because I didn't have time to wait on Shipping.

Overall, I like the pack. I use it for work. I bring my lunch and supplies in it. I would prefer to have an external laptop pocket to protect devices it from any food contamination. Another improvement I'd like would be another zipper on the front pocket with the daisy chains.

I was actually shopping for cooler backpacks and this item showed up on my search. It is not a cooler. I didn't notice until I received it. It is a nice backpack however I was disappointed that I didn't catch that.

The product does not have enough pockets and compartments compared to other similarly designed backpacks. There's main interior compartment with only a sleeve for laptop—NO OTHER POCKETS. The front exterior compartment has only a net pocket. Outside of those, your only other pockets are the exterior top loader pocket and side pockets for water bottles.

I know that sometimes there is a chance that you get an item not up to par and unfortunately this was my case with this bag. It was chosen for my son's backpack for the 2025 fall school year due to the ease of use and many pockets. The top load open style is what he liked because it was wide enough for large binders, the mesh side pockets for his water bottle, and the cushioned adjustable straps. Even though he enjoyed this style, the top load zipper came off by three weeks use. The brand maker was contacted and a new one was received as replacement. I would recommend the backpack, its just that this one had a bad zipper.

Great backpack for the price, laptop, file folder and hardback notebook fit with room to spare. I'd rated it more if one of the straps didn't have a cut on it like someone opened the box they came from the factory in carelessly with a box cutter.

Plastic clip that keeps the strap attached broke the first time we used it. I talked my son into getting this one because Eastport has been around since I was a kid and I told him they're good backpacks. Made a liar outta me! The material was thin and cheap but it was a good size so I was just going to keep it and move on but the plastic clip broke on the first day and that's too much.
