These capsules are easy to swallow with no bad or bitter after taste. They also have not irritated my stomach like some vitamins tend to. They claim to boost my immune system and the only testament that I can give to that is that I have not had any ill symptoms since beginning to take them. So, I believe them to work!

Love that it is 100% vegetarian. Looking and feeling healthy has never felt so easy! My only suggestion would be it is a little big - wish they were a little smaller.
