Easy Can 5 Gallon Gas Can with Flame Mitigation Device and Auto-Stop Nozzle

this is My fourth one in five years, i still have all four of them. They work great for me. easy to fill %26 use, no leaks. I've seen the bad reviews ? but I've paid much more for some that work just as good. handle on top and back for a smooth fill.

A lot of people complain about no-spill type spouts. The design of this spout is one of the best. Pouring is fast enough to drain an entire jug is less than two minutes and will automatically stop the flow if the fuel level reaches the end of the spout at which point the user releases and closes the valve and no fuel is spilled. The spring in the spout is stiff, but I can comfortably hold against it with my thumb for the duration of draining an entire jug. I use these jugs to fuel my boat and typically use at least two jugs of fuel at a time to replenish the tank. The handles on the top and on the side allow me to easily tip and control the 5-gallon jug during the filling process and to carry it down to the dock. The jug does not leak and the attached cap for the spout keeps the spout clean and prevents loss. I have additional smaller capacity tanks that have the same spout design that I use to fuel my small engine power tools. I first acquired this fuel jug product over five years ago. This purchase was to add to my inventory based on the good, long-term experience I have had.

I have purchased two of these 5 gallon plastic gas cans because I have a gasoline generator that powers my entire house when the electric company has a power failure. Generally speaking, these 5 gallon plastic gas cans are a little bit more expensive than the other plastic gas cans that are on the market, but you get what you pay for. They do not leak and no gas fumes are emitted from them when you store them full of gasoline. The pouring spout is held by one of your hands while you press a button that allows gasoline to flow from the gas can thru the pouring spout. Once you stop pressing that button, the flow of gasoline stops. There is a fuel strainer installed inside the neck of the plastic fuel storage tank that catches anything before it can fall into the plastic gas can and cause you a problem at a later date.

This time of year on the Gulf Coast, you need to be prepared. Whether it's a hurricane or a derecho that knocks your power out, you need gas to keep your generator going. My son says this is the best one! It pours easily and it doesn't spill all over. My son-in-law lent us his in May when we were without power for 5 or 6 days. We still had it when Beryl came thru, but they needed it back. So we got our own now.

Due to the power outages %26 weather, knowing we would probably get snowed/iced in until spring, I needed a fuel container asap for the generator my daughter encouraged me to purchase. I added it to our pickup order and was very surprised it was in stock, considering all things. What a relief! It was easy to fill, and thankfully, its still full. Our electricity hasnt went out since both purchases! I recommend this fuel container. Its well made and easy to use, unless you get the cap on crooked like I did. It was hard to get the lid off but I managed. I plan on purchasing another one of these. Never hurts to have more than just one.

I used it to fill up a riding lawn mower and a push mower. It worked perfectly, I didn't need a funnel, the gas came out pretty fast, and it didn't leak where the nozzle attaches. It was also easy to remove and replace the nozzle when filling it up at the gas pump.

This is my second purchase of this product in order to keep enough gas on hand for my tiller, mowers, and UTV, chain saw, etc. Because I have arthritis it was more and more difficult to handle other gas cans without spilling fuel. The No-Spill has both the built-in carrying handle on top and a similar handle on the back which allows you to more easily hold the container when you tilt the can forward and place the spout into the filler hole of the gas tank. Unlike most other gas cans, the pour spout is positioned in place before you release the fuel. The release button does require a fair amount of pressure which does bother my arthritic thumb, but is still much more manageable than any other gas can I have owned over 50 years. The button you push requires significant pressure, but is needed to prevent leakage. Unlike other gas containers I have had,

Gas cans are great! It is easy to take out the filter and then they fill up and pour out faster. The spout can be hard to put back on.

it would have been great if the delivery person got the right address. neighbors kept it for 3 days

Bought 6 of the 5 gal jugs online and after they were delivered I found them in the local Walmart for $17 each. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper. Usually the prices are the same on line or in the store. I'm not going to shop Walmart anymore. I would have returned them but I already put gas in them. You ripped me off.
