I have been wanting one of these new cutting boards. I am concerned about the plastic, and wood cutting boards getting into the food. I like the idea that bacteria can't penetrate this finish. Cleans up easily!

The item did not seem put together properly, not tight pressed around edges. Use will determine how long it lasts. It is nicer than a wood cutting board.

I bought this to replace the plastic cutting boards. The size is good for chicken cutlets but not for a large piece of meat. The stainless side for meats/poultry/fish scratched just a little but did not leave deep scratches like the plastic or wood boards. It cleans easily. I have not yet tried the vegetable side but I would recommend this cutting boards.

The board are well made and look like they will hold up over time. I like the strong construction and able to be put in dishwasher.

I wanted an 11x15 titanium cutting board for a Christmas gift and this was the best price I found. I'm sure the recipient is going to love it.

This is my first titanium cutting board. Like the idea that nothing seeps into the board, but it does mar a bit. I guess I didn't expect it to show scratches and keep smudges. Maybe I need to go with a higher quality titanium board? The board is so different, I am still getting used to it. It did not come with care instructions.

Didn't realize until after purchasing this cutting board that one side of it is plastic that I'm staying away from on a cutting board. It was returned and an all stainless set was purchased instead

Other than the board being pretty, I'm very disappointed! I used it to slice vegetables, and there are cuts in it everywhere I set the knife! Seriously, I must know what makes this board better!!

Very disappointed. The supposed titanium side got scratched up the first time I used it. It is also difficult to use as the food slides around causing me to fear cutting myself. I have not used the other side for veggies or fruit, so I cannot comment on that wheat surface side. It is also strange to me that the trench is on the veggie side instead of the meat side. I'd prefer the trench on the meat side to catch any blood or juices. I do not recommend this item.

Believe it is stainless steel, NOT titanium; one use chopping veggies for Thanksgiving left extreme, visible scratches in the metal. Led me to suspect would be micro-metal shaving in food. Would this be safer than micro plastics? And misleading description said “two-sided” but flip side is plastic. Very disappointed
