After reading of several similar products I chose this one because there wasn't any negative comments about the assembly - other similar products seem to have a high number of issues. This product is a very good value for the cost. The shipping weight is 85 pounds so you should have a plan on how to get it where it needs to go but the girth of the box does fit most door ways - I used a hand truck to get it in the house and used a strap system to get it down the stairs. Assembly was VERY easy - four furniture parts and the remote - the back slides/click on and the arm pads attach with zippers. Chair has a wonderful massage and heat on the entire chair. The remote is easy to use and reaches and fits into the side pocket. My only (trivial) complaint is that the remote switches the mode of massage each time it is used so you have to click it back to the setting you want. Great buy in my opinion.

color is real nice, is very fluffy and comfortable, massage can be felt. don't know so far about the heat I haven't used yet. ONLY ISSUE IS ,IT ARRIVED DAMAGED ON THE BOTTOM FRAME INSIDE UNDERNEATH THE CHAIR METAL FRAME IS TWISTED. AND THE FOOTREST AREA WONT CLOSE UNLESS I PUSHED WITH MY FEET I TRIED BUT IT WONT CLOSE, PERHAPS BECOUSE IT WAS DAMAGED WHILE ON DELIVERY. I JUST ASK THE SELLER FOR A REFUND OR FOR A SUBSTITUTE. I REALLY LIKE THE CHAIR. I'LL UPDATE DEPENDING ON THE SELLER ANSWER...... TO BE CONTINUE.....

I'm not sure what kind of equipment came with a my chair or I should stay remote control. In the back there is a split wire with two separate colors. They are remote control that I got unplugged into one. Now the couch only vibrates /massager but it doesn't heat up. It's missing something. Here's a picture

beware. what you will recieve is NOT what you saw in the listing. the chair wont be brown, it will be gray. the chair will also be 6 to 8 inches smaller (depending on which measurement you compare to the specifications). you won't get to return it because they dont issue return labels. you wont get your money back from the seller either. you will have to contact Wal-Mart and have them step in. beware, skip this posting and find another. this isnt the deal it appears to be

When the chair arrived it looked nice but once me and my wife set in it,it was very uncomfortable and tight fit. I emailed the seller and explained my issue with the chair after only having it for 1 day. I screen shot there response below I'll put it in the add photos section. I've never had a seller deny a refund. I've had the chair a couple of days. I'll never buy from them again!! If they had a zero for rating that's what I would have put

HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY. The chair is not sturdy and I fell out of it when trying to close the recliner. It's small and uncomfortable. The heat an massage barely work and do not work together at all. What makes it worse is that you have no way to return. The seller will not answer your messages. Would rate zero stars if could.

The quality looked ok we did not finish opening it when we saw the colors It might be great for someone with those colors in their house.

the chair is uncomfortable, cant feel the heat, it doesnt massage it just vibrates, the foot rest wont stay up.
