All 3 exercise bands are very strong. The red one is light and what you should start off with then go into medium which is blue, Then black is heavy. I'm on the middle blue and it's great. I stand on it and raise to past my shoulders and it works that upper trap area. Much better then having to go to physical therapy and do it. I can do this at home. Definitely something you want to get if you want to work on your upper trap. There is an exercise guide but I Don't think it's very helpful but that's me. It days it also comes with a 30 day for was trial with and structure LED workouts at home like yoga, strength training and more.

I love resistance bands , I keep them all over the house to remind me to stretch and do a couple minutes of exercise whenever I am waiting around for something or just have a minute. There are so many easy routines that these can be a part of. They come in different levels and different lengths. They are easy to use and effective.

These are awesome quality stretch bands!! They definitely provide a great amount of resistance. The colors are nice to quickly differentiate the thickness. I would not recommend these or any other bands due to the difficulty in anchoring them. Unless I could drill an anchor into a wall, I don't find them very helpful as replacement for light weights. When trying squats, I feel they tweak my back instead of isolating the glutes & legs.

This review is for the Echelon Super Band Kit, 3 Pack These bands are so wonderful. You get a set of three; (Light. Medium. Heavy). These are the three levels of resistance. The bands give a great work out, they have just the right amount of tension. They seem very well made and I believe they will last for many years, if not longer. They are very thick and not some cheap bands you may have seen elsewhere. Inside the box is an exercise guide with six different stretches to try with pictures to get you started. There is also a 30 day fitpass trial included. I think this bundle is a great value and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in increasing their strength and flexibility. I use mine everyday. I find most exercises to be extremely boring, but these bands are something different then just your everyday exercising…and so I have found them to be fun. Yes I said fun and exercising in the same sentence hahaha! All in all, I give these an A+!

These resistance bands come three in a pack. There are heavy, medium and light resistance bands included in the box. They each have a unique color so you can tell them apart quickly. They also have the resistance level printed on the front, in case you forget. They have a lot of length to them so you can easily adjust them to your height and liking. I did not find anything that really stood out about them. They are standard resistance bands. They have a nice thick band and seemed sturdy when I was using them, so I think they will last awhile. I wish they included a case for them so I could take them along with me, if needed. I also am not crazy about the name printed so big on the front of each band. I do not mind the weights posted, but I could do without the big name. They came folded and secured with rubber bands on each end, which allow them to be stored easily. I found it hard to put the rubber bands back on them after use. This makes storing them in a compact state a little difficult. However, I can am sure I can find something to throw them in when traveling.

For anyone into fitness you will love these bands. They are great for home use but even better for travel. I travel a lot and many times the hotel gyms are horrible. These bands are easy to pack and great for when you are away from home. I love the levels of resistance they give. I have bought more since I got these.

I can easy excise at home at time without going to gym. Echelon Super Band Kit provides the extra-thick construction for my to excise my muscle. Also, I can choice the different level of resistant to fit my training. I love it

I struggled with how to review these bands because technically they function as expected and seem to be well made. That being said, I feel like the actual use for them is limited. For example, the fold out guide that comes with the bands shows 6 exercises. 5 out of the 6 exercises require you to have an anchor point which means you need a sturdy pole or something to wrap these around. I personally looped two around my chin up bar so they can serve as chin up assist bands. Otherwise I am not sure what use I would have for them. If you know what you need these for then you are set...otherwise you will need to Google exercises because the manufacturer is not giving you much to go on.

While these are of great quality, the price is a bit on the high side. Bands are thick and well made. I've been using them for about a week and the durability seems a bit better than another brand I own. Resistance of the heavy band has not degraded despite constant use. I have little use for the medium and light. I plan on using them together after the heavy fails, or if I need more resistance. The instructions that come in the package are thorough and have great workout ideas. Printed clearly with easy to understand graphics. It's just hard to get over the price.

I put 3 because the load of the rubber bands is not clear, there is no information. Also, they are narrow but thick, which is not always convenient for some exercises.
