I used this to reattach a sphere earring to the post. It worked perfectly. The glue dried pretty quickly and I have been wearing the earring for a week and it hasn't come loose or fallen off. The cap was easy to use and I am so glad it comes with multiple applicators because it would be a waste for just a single use.
Best glue out there. They make many formulas for different purposes. But be careful...I didn't realize they came in colors, so the first time I bought some E6000, I didn't see that it was black. I also learned to buy small tubes because if you don't use tremendous amounts, the tube will dry up.
I've never used this glue before but gave it a try. I used it to hold wood pieces of a project. It's holding very strong! My only issue is that the tips you put on the end get clogged and the only way I could clear it was use a sewing needle to push the clog out. Well, that works for me! I must buy more for future projects.
Good price good product. The best part of this adhesive are the included tips. Once product is used, the tips can be discarded and replaced, or run a small drill bit through the channel to clear it out. This way the tube can be used until it is empty and not dried up prematurely.
I use this glue for all if my DIY blinging projects. This glue adheres to plastic, wood, glass and even fabric. I embellish phone cases, mirrors and even shoes and this works amazingly! I typically is this smaller tube for more detailed projects. Definitely recommend this brand.
E-6000 bead and jewelry glue works great for what its intended for. E-6000 makes several types of glue. the regular in yhe silver tube is a great all purpose glue And the yellow labeled "bead and jewelry" type is no exception. works great for its intenddd use. recommend it highly with confidence no reservations.
good glue to have on hand
gee didn't realize they make E6000 for Jewelry bead making. comes w add'l inserts for glue. for sm drops r lg spread. there really isn't any diff n the glue but the orice for the size is a great deal
I just wish there were a better way to get the adhesive out of the tube. No matter what, the little applicator attachment is only good for one use. It comes with two so that means you can only use it two times as it was designed. Otherwise, you have to unscrew the top, put a glob on a surface and apply it with a toothpick or something.
Frustrating. While this smelly glue is known to work well for jewelry, the execution of the “precise” tip is terrible. It's as if the company has zero idea how their own product works. You screw on the tip and don't have a lid during the time you're working with the glue. If anyone has used this glue, they'll know the moment you squeeze some of the glue, it'll keep oozing out unhindered which creates a massive mess. It needs to have a lid that can screw on while you're between earrings or whatever your project is . Instead it has the lid as a separate small piece that screws into the original lid so you remove the now glue-covered tip to put on the tiny lid. It was an oozy mess. I found previous tip designs to be easier to work with.
