EcoFlow - Wave 3 - 180 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner - Gray

I bought the Wave2 so I can comfortably work on my FL balcony. Even with the hot temperatures and high humidity, the Wave2 keeps me in a “zone of coolness”. Love the product and am very thankful for the portability as I also utilize on my pontoon to keep our 2 dogs cool while we are enjoying the water.

I purchased this to replace a less efficient unit I was using in the living room. The Wave 2 is quiet enough, even in Max mode, so as not to interfere with other living room activities. I plan to use the heating feature as well once the weather changes. So far, I am totally satisfied with this purchase.

Bought this to keep the right temperature inside the Truck for my dog when she is waiting for me while I am doing some errands.

Great for small spaces. Battery really lasts. I love that I can move it around without cable restriction and charge with solar.

So far only used it several times and so far it has been working well. Haven't been able to test it in very hot weather or to see how it holds up over time so only giving it 4 starts for now. Wish it came with a carrying case/bag instead of having to buy one separately and they are currently out of stock.

I bought this mostly as a heater for winter camping but it doesn't work if the ambient temperature is below 40°. Which means winter camping it won't work for me. I like that it can be self sufficient with a solar panel but just doesn't heat at low enough temps due to it being a heat exchange pump.

I'm using it every 3-4 days a week for about 5-8 hours a day. When it's starts it is making loud noise. Sounds like plastic rubs between some parts. But it does cool my sleep pretty well.

I ordered the Wave 3 Portable Air conditioner with add on battery to use while camping off grid. I ordered on 6/20 so it had plenty of time to arrive before my trip starting 7/2. On 6/27 I was notified that my package was delivered. But what I received was only the battery. No Air Conditioner. I checked with FedEx and Wal-Mart, my shipment only contained one package. EcoFlow is only open M-F, normal buisness hours, so I have to wait until Monday 6/30 to even talk to them about this issue. I have no hope of getting the Air Conditioner I ordered and paid for in time for my trip. This is extremely upsetting. My trip will most likely need to be canceled because I can not camp with dogs in this heat without providing them cool air. Walmart customer service has been great, but they can only do so much to help me - they can issue a refund, which is great, but it doesn't get me the thing I ordered by the time I need it. I would pay extra to get what I ordered and paid for shipped to me in time. I can say, the battery is packaged very well. Lots of padding all around it protecting it from any damage during shipping. I cannot say if it works or anything more about it, since I do not have the Wave 3 portable AC it is supposed to go with. And 5 stars for Walmart customer service! zero stars for EcoFlow :( I will update, if I can, when I hear more from EcoFlow and Walmart on Monday. I suppose, a warning, if you do order this product, make sure you do so about a month in advance of when you need it so you have time to deal with issues like this.

i only received half of my order. i have reached out to seller and wal mart multiple times for a refund and met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was promised a refund and now getting the run around because the order was marked as signed and delivered even though wal mart has confirmed mutilple times the item is showing to have been shipped separately and hasn't even arrived to me yet. this has been beyond frustrating and I just want my refund to be completed.
