ECOS Hypoallergenic Dish Soap, Grapefruit, 25 Fl Oz

I have used Dawn for years but have seen a lot of reports lately that it is full of harmful substances that don't rinse off so I decided to try the Ecos brand which was highly recommended for health and safety reasons. I find it cleans better than Dawn. My dishes are now squeaky clean! The only downside is that the fragrance isn't very strong but I can live with that.

A great, mid and non-allergic cholineagenic! This dishwash soap's the "REALTHING", strong and soapy, to clean better. The only drawback, not an intense scent; but for a Cleaner product,its good.

Great product, great scent, great price, and great ethical company! Female owned and cruelty free to animals as of 2026, hope it stays that way. I switched from other popular brands bc this one is 3rd party tested as cruelty free to animals. I love beagles and bunnies too much to see them suffer for household products.

My hands don't dry out from this brand and works fine.

It is gentle to the hands and cleans the utensils, plates etc....really good!!!

Decent dish soap effective wise, but doesn't smell at all like grapefruit, or even citrus. The smell seemed super familiar, but I couldn't place it at first, then later the scent hit a childhood memory-- JUICY FRUIT GUM LOL. Not terrible if you appreciate nostalgia, but a bit too candy like for my adult taste. (Ha-ha, maybe it's therefore a great dish soap for kids at their dishes chore turn! 😉) - Was thinking to add some Dr Bronner's citrus castile soap to achieve the desired citrus touch I prefer. 🍊 If that improves the scent for me, I'll buy it again.

Choosing a product for the most delicate items is not an easy choice. I love that this soap is plant based, and no dyes. Scent is perfectly subtle. BUT I needed to use a lot of product to clean my baby bottles as well as normal everyday dishes. I would purchase again if they were able to make the formula better without having to use more product.

This dish detergent needs improvement with a bottle design thats easier to grip. The soap lathers ok but doesn't last long. It takes more to cut grease and the scent is very light. it works ok for the money and better for the environment and for my family eating off the dishes than leading brands until I find a better alternative.

I bought this because it was on sale and I i bought this because it was on sale and because of the grapefruit scent, but it really just doesn't work. It doesn't cut through grease the way I need it to and I have to use so much to do the same job other products do that the “savings” ends up being meaningless. Bummer
