The printer overall is nice, but it will not stay connected to the Internet nor will it connect to my phone. I have had to order images from a local company that prints them and sell them.

I was having trouble getting the drivers to install on my computer, even though it comes with a disk. This particular model was not on the website. I called the 800 number and they informed me that since I do not live in Canada, they are unable to help me. Since I don’t have a Canadian address, Canada Canon support won’t help me. I am stuck in a limbo and unable to use the printer I just received. I figured other USA citizens should know before the purchase.

The printer keeps cutting off my images and I have to keep playing around with It to full my images .

I purchased this printer based on reviews. This printer is very hard to use for me. I read the manual. The only thing I like about this printer is that the set up process is very easy. I used so many wafer pages because the printer would just grab it and push it through leaving ink marks on the paper.

Do NOT use the website on the instructions for tech support. They will ask silly questions then to screen share and attempt to charge to update drivers on the computer. It didn't seem quite right. So, i hung up, went to cannon and installed the drivers directly. The printer itself is fine. its a very heavy printer with edible ink. thats it. If i had known better, i would have ordered a cheaper model and cartridges separately. lesson learned.
