I was gifted this for free in exchange for my honest opinion. My 4-years-old daughter loves this set. It is still sticky after a week of opening it. Although she has already mixed all the colored foam together since her first time of playing, this is still an engaging toy. My daughter can practice counting and taking orders skill.
My kiddos have been playing with this for weeks now. My 3 year old twins and 9 year old had so much fun making pizzas and the design detail was very impressive on the box. So much to pretend with. They loved all of the toppings and pizza pan and being able to cut it. Also the menu booklet is cute. The only thing is the colors get mixed up but that's not a big deal bc all 3 of them have enjoyed it just as much since. I would purchase this again if they wanted a new one or buy it as a gift. Great little toy.
**I received this product Free for my honest opinion** This pizza parlor playfoam was a lot of fun for both me and my 4 year old. He loved squishing the foam to make the "pizza" and counting all the "pieces" needed for the ingredients. The cards that come with it that have the "menu" on it was a lot of fun for him to view and recreate that pizza. He loved counting the pretend toppings and was very proud of himself once he finished said pizza. We will for sure be playing with this a lot as it's educational (helps with Motor skills, counting) plus its really fun! Would definitely recommend this to a friend
This was fun to do with my 3 year old! She enjoyed looking at the "menu" that came with it and was able to mimic the pictures. It was nice that it came with plastic toppings to be able to say "can you add 3 mushrooms, 2 peppers, etc". The foam was durable and was ok left out overnight, nothing changed as in it did not get hard. I wouod recommend grabbing a kids rolling pin as it did not come with one, but did come with a cute pizza cuter!
My son, three, absolutely loves this pizza foam playset. He has played with it every single day since he got it. He loves molding the pizza into whatever food he thinks it should be and then putting the toppings on. The box is even durable and has remained intact since we got it.
I really like Educational Insights Playfoam Pizza because it is fun and helps my children with their education. I would love to buy and recommend this product.
The Play Foam Pizza Parlor is a fun sensory toy. My kids loved the different layers of play that this toy provided. This toy promotes fine motor skills through sensory play with the foam. This toy also adds extra educational points by having menu cards and showing what to put on the play pizza. The play foam does not dry out which is a huge bonus! The only downfall of this set is that once the colors of play foam are mixed they can not be unmixed.
My daughter immediately wanted to play with the playfoam and loved the texture. This makes a great sensory play toy while incorporating counting, following directions, matching and pretend play. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that the play foam itself is basically 1-3 use only to look accurate before all the colors are mixed together, although my daughter is at the very lowest age advertised for the toy.
My 3 year old was very excited to try this activity out. The texture is fun to mold and play with. It doesn't dry out, so thats a bonus! Its a very engaging sensory toy and has many educational uses. Took a star off, because we were only able to use three times for its original purpose. Once you mix the colors there is no undoing it.
My kids were so excited to try this product. Overall it was a great idea but I just don't think the end product worked very well. A few things we didn't like are: -The foam had a horrible chemical smell. -It was too hard for my 4 year old to mold the foam. -The pizza cutter does not work well. -After making a pizza you can't separate the colors since they stick together. -There is not enough toppings for 2 kids to make an order from the order cards. I would not recommend this product since I feel we only got a couple uses out of it before all the colors stuck together. The only thing is my kids still enjoy playing with the foam without all the accessories.
