Nice and sturdy. Fairly easy to put together...just pay attention to instructions. A little easier with second person helping with some steps. Would be easier with power screwdriver. Regular phillips would work. The tool provided almost impossible. The stick on tabs to cover screws are "ok" but the little tabs that are usually provided would look better.

this little storage cube shelving is super easy to assemble. it took me about 30 minutes in extreme heat in an enclosed porch. it looks super cute and i used it vertically as book shelves in a small corner of the porch. it arrived quickly and well packed. i got it in black. i did use the optional alternating back panels. i do advise assembly on an ample flat surface. when you get to the 2 longest pieces (top %26 bottom horizontally or sides vertically) i suggest doing your corners first then the center shelf screws. the nature of assembly on this piece leaves a lot of moving parts, so, to keep things from moving around, the corners, partially screwed in helps hold it all where you need it. once you've got all your screws partially tightened and in place THEN tighten them up. these little shelves hold a ton of stuff. i had an entire large plastic storage tote full of books of different sizes and it held them all with lots of room to spare.

It was easy to put together and I’m thrilled with it. I needed some storage for my art supplies because I’m going to be doing online art courses. It is very sturdy and I love the way it looks. I definitely recommend this bookcase. Very versatile.

it's steady. quiet heavy actually, i imagine it would last for a long period of time. delivery is fast and it took only 15 minutes to install. so far i like it.

It was a good value and the appearance is great!! It came with the wrong instructions. I tried to reach out to the company and couldn't find them…. I finally just figured it out on my own…. Wasn't fun, though!! I ended putting the backing on backwards - does't affect the function at all- no one could tell…

Very difficult to assemble. The instructions weren't very helpful. If you have some skills and patience this unit is sturdy and useful for it's intended purpose.

After putting item together there was a crack going completely across the top shelf. Also one of the shelves had a corner busted off. We had to glue it.

The wooden dowel broke off and I had to use a piece of my chopstick to fit. After together it appears heavy n sturdy enough to hold my small tv n game consoles.

While putting the shelves together the dowels used to connect the shelves together broke into several pieces. this happened with two of the dowels making impossible to even do a work around. I thought maybe I could glue two of the pieces together but I couldn't remove the broken piece from the hole. No matter what I tried because two dowels broke, it was just impossible to put together. I had to return the shelves. I see many positive reviews, so maybe I just received a bad one but I'm not willing to try again.

The issue that I had is they sent me the right box, the right equipment, the wrong instruction manual. Then the top two piece and the bottom piece are cracked, so anything I try to put on top that might have any substantial weight is probably gonna break. So, not very happy with the manufacturer. Walmart has been very nice to help me with the situation, so I'm not mad at Walmart. Third party, I'm not very happy with.
