Love the steamer the weels don't really work but other than that it's really a good steamer!

I have only used it a couple times of times, but it seems to work okay. Steamer hose is a little stiff and hard to manage.

I really love this steamer. Ever since I worked in an upscale dress shop and used their commercial stand-up steamer I've wanted one. I gets wrinkles out pretty quick, and its really easy to use. The only complaint is that the steam could come out stronger than it does. I have to use it set on high no matter the fabric. But the product is still worth the money.

It is very easy to put together. It heats up quickly, and you can see steam to know it's ready. I used distilled water. ot can definitely remove stubborn lines, but it does not give you crisp clothes like you get from ironing. The steaming hose doesn't move easily. I did decide to keep it as it removed the crease. You have to lay the garment against the wall to steam. The hanger doesn't function that well. You have to keep on holding the garment while you steam.

Very cheap quality. I've never bought a steamer before so I wasn't sure what a decent price was. Don't leave water in it if you're traveling, it will leak water all over your car. I guess it was alright for the price, but next time I'll invest more for better.

This steamer works well, however it claims to have an automatic-shutoff feature (the reason i made this purchase) and this seems to be false according to my experience. My daughter accidentally leaves this steamer on almost everyday. I have talked to her about it but she still does it. I usually notice shortly afterward and turn it off and unplug. But, there have been times the steamer stayed on all day for hours, even after the water is gone. I dont understand why it claims to have this feature . If the auto shut off feature is an important concern for you, do not buy this steamer.

The on/off button became loose after a couple of months of using it. I had to put tape around the inner part because it actually broke.
