The prize was great! It is foldable, which makes it easy to store and carry. It has different speed levels you can control. The headlights are great for when it is dark out. Overall, it was a great purchase.

Just bought this to get around our neighborhood in a quick and fun way, and my family LOVES it! Our 2 mile commute time has cut down from a 20 min walk to a 7 minute ride. So worth it!

The handlebar sticks to the accelerator forcing it to continuously accelerate which is dangerous since it is for my child. The hex-head that holds the handlebars in place on fell out while riding creating it to wobble. I purchased new hex head screws and they fell out too. As well as the 2nd hexhead.

Takes 2hrs to charge at work. I have to buy something and sit in restaurants multiple times a day to charge. Need to be canvassing. Loosing time off work. It needs a fast charger.

Need to exchange for a new one the one I got for my daughter came with a disfuction after one time use it won't run I sent a video proof and been waiting for 3 weeks I even paid for a warranty???

I purchased for my daughter in college and arrived 10/8. It's now 10/29 and not operating like throttle messed up. It's ridiculous to pay almost $200 and it's not working. We need a replacement immediately or refund

I never received my item and I never received a refund either after I guess they delivered it to the wrong address. It was my son's Christmas present and now I am out of over $100 and a Christmas present.

After about a month of having it it stopped working and now it's like a wrench on it and i barely used it!

When we received the scooter the throttle was broken on it and it did not work and we need to get it replaced as soon as possible
