The leaver to collapse the handlebars is a bit difficult and the instructions aren't that clear but if you use the Allen wrench it makes it a lot easier.
Bought it for my daughter, but I took it for a spin too.19 mph speed made me a little nervous… I don't think she's ready for that speed yet. Air-filled tires are way better,we got a solid tire scooter at home. and the wheels are big enough, stand on it, I feel way taller, Love that, no complaints.
Very nice electric scooter, it has some weight to it making it sturdy and comfortable feeling so it is not a cheap scooter. good quality scooter, well built, quality workmanship. nice looking and it goes fast, easy to use and charge, box arrived well packaged and delivery was fast. very pleased with this scooter and the service from customer service was superb, they quickly answer your questions and concerns. even a woman can drive this well made scooter. very pleased with my purchase. Highly recommend this scooter to anyone.
Compared to similar models, the battery life and speed are definite advantages. The speed can be adjusted to different levels to suit various terrains. I ride for about 40 minutes a day on uneven roads, and charging once every four days has been sufficient so far. Overall, I’m quite satisfied. However, I’m not too happy with the brake design—it could be a bit looser. That said, it’s already a great deal for this price range.
Overall, I really like this scooter. We bought 2 of them for our teenagers. I love that it has 3 speeds. The highest speed is a little too fast for this mom's comfort, but the kids love it. Love that they can set it to a lower speed while we are in the campground. The design is very sturdy. The wheels are beefy for different terrains. Good amount of foot space on the base of it. Battery life is great. Takes a little while to charge, but not a big deal if you charge overnight or whenever its not in use. 2 "issues" we've had so far... the brakes have gotten really touchy on one of them. It locked up when my daughter went to brake and she flew off the scooter and scraped her knee (we all know that's a risk with these things, no different than falling off a bike). We thought maybe the brakes got wet, but they're still a little finicky even after being stored in the garage for days. -Next gripe would be the way it folds. I wish it was more of a hinge closure vs having to unscrew the bracket and then screw it back in to set it back up. Not a huge issue, just not convenient when we fold it often to haul it in the truck back and forth from campground. But overall, love them and my girls (13 and 14), love their new rides
It dies very quick, you can't control the scooter unless your phone stays with it, for anti-theft the app itself won't help, , the bolts that came with these scooter fell out almost immediately. Then the backup ones that came with also fell out almost immediately, the brakes are very touchy, the front tire being solid is good. But the backtire seemed to need air and the instruction manual never said how much? p s I the tire needed , for short distances it's great.
If I could give no stars I would. Poor customer service. Impossible product!!! My son HARDLY rode it. Took care of it and the in tube goes bad. I reach out to customer service and they wanted me to but the tube from them. Tried to put the inner tube in the tire and ALL of the screws are locktyte and I can get the wheel apart to put the new inner-tube in. DON'T BUT THIS SCOOTER!
This electric scooter is poorly designed.the mounting mechanism is very prone to falling off,and once it does, the scooter is useless. I've only had it for a little over a month, and it's already fallen off multiple times. And the battery doesn't last long on a single charge. Now they won't let me return it,even though I bought their insurance, which says it can be replaced free of charge within two years.
The scooter broke just two months after I bought it. A screw came loose due to a manufacturing issue, and I have not received any response from the seller regarding a replacement or a refund. This is the worst product.
A complete waste of money. The handle bar snapped after only a few rides by daughter. Its no way a manufacturer would think the plastic would be reliable.
