The mattress arrived compressed and took about two days to reach full firmness, as expected. It comes with a removable and washable cover. Setting it up was straightforward. I placed mine on a boxspring, although it's slightly larger. It's been supportive, and I don't feel movement from others. As someone with a chronic illness who spends a lot of time in bed, this mattress has been a good purchase. If you're looking for a quality item at a reasonable price that provides a solid night's rest, I recommend this mattress.

I bought 2 of these mattresses - one full size and one twin size. Both of my teenage boys have loved them! They got them for Christmas with their new bed frames, and it is now May - they are still just as comfortable and have a hard time even wanting to get out of bed!! Haha. They both had memory foam mattresses before this, which were horrible quality. They were very thin, uncomfortable, and would make them sweat at night (even more than normal). Both of my boys (ages 15 and 13) sweat when they sleep. They always have. These new mattresses stay cool and keep their body temps down at night. They have both told me that they feel a lot cooler at night and are not sweating half as much as they used to! It's a win-win! Cooling and Comfort!

This purchase is for a teen boy that needed a larger bed. It came within a fee days, and we allowed it to air out for 72 hours before use. He loves it and sleeps soundly and denies discomfort. It is memory foam, so, the lighter or thi ner a person is does play into how well it supports the person. i weigh 200lbs, will not give me the same support as someone that weighs 130. I would buy again and do recommend.

it came in a box that looked like it had been opened and was only held together with tape. i was afraid to open it. it was wrapped in a large plastic bag. it only took about 8 hours to fully open. its very soft and good for a guest room

I have 4 things wrong with my back. I've had 5 back surgeries. I needed something very firm and boy did I find it! It's been almost 6 months and still great!

It was supposed to be a 10inch mattress, but only expanded to 9 inches and very firm,had to add a extra pad.

THIS MATTRESS IS NOT 10" ! Was it measured by a man? I could return it but what a hassle! Why couldn't you just tell the truth in your advertisement? If I had know it would only be 8.5 inches, I would have bought a bigger one!

They sent the wrong size. I ordered a twin and they sent a double, which doesn't fit on the frame. When I asked them to take it back they wanted to charge me shipping that was almost as much as the mattress. Never buy a mattress online from these guys.

We got this mattress with a new bed frame to upgrade in size before our second baby is born almost any day now. The frame finally came in a few days ago and we got everything put together. We let the mattress air out and fluff up for nearly 72 hours just like the listing says. It never expanded beyond 8 1/4 inches thick and is the hardest mattress I’ve ever laid on. My husband has had a major back surgery and double hip replacements with life long pain and issues as a result. This mattress is not at all what they say it is and will definitely be returned if I can figure out how to return it after it being unpackaged. And that still leaves us without the bed we need so close to the baby being due.

This is thé worst mattress I've ever slept on. I would rather sleep on the floor. I've had it 7 months and it hasn't gotten any softer. Garbage. You get what you pay for.
