Electric Bicycle Assembly

I paid extra to have someone either a contractor or an employee put together the bike, the electric bike that I bought and just left a review for. If you read my review of the bike, you will know I didn't realize how powerful the bike was and I had a very bad accident. However, the guy that came out to install was from Ghana and we got to talking because I lived in Africa when I was small and he could not have been nicer. When I tried to ride it and had an accident, he was so concerned about me truly concerned. He had to help me get up although he couldn't take it back for me so I suppose he was a contractor. I just remember him saying, please don't buy another one of these bikes maybe you should just get a regular bike. He was obviously well equipped to put it together, but even though I was stupid, he was not only professional but caring.

The TST electric bike is a very good bike. It performs well, easy ride and functional. My only issue was getting help by the warranty. There should be a phone number to contact the company and also someplace to take the item and have it inspected in case of service being done on it. The response time could be better.

When I ordered the bicycle, I thought it would arrive assembled. While the person who assembled it was very professional, it was inconvenient to have them come to assemble it—was scheduled for 9 PM on a Friday night. So I recommend using them, with reservations. Would be much more convenient if it arrived fully assembled.

Husband and wife team assembled the bike, a few days before Christmas. After the first day of riding, I found a majority of the screws and bolts loose or completely missing. What really angered me was the loose handle bar. The fenders and mounts weren't that big of a deal but the handle bar really burned me.

The people they send out were kind and semi helpful but had no clue what they were doing. They hire men with tools and send them to random put-together jobs. the guy was very smart, kind and helpful but had never touched bike assembly in his life. he had put the front tire on finger tight and backwards. Otherwise he had done great.

I did not use this service therefore I cannot leave an accurate review. do 2A technical issue? I did not receive responses from the pro when I contacted him about the service. Therefore I canceled my appointment and assembled the bike myself with the help of a friend and am currently awaiting a refund that I'm told by Angie. I have to receive from walmart and I wish they'd hurry up.

The person assigned to me to put the bike together NEVER showed up. Sent me a message after they were over an hour and 20 minutes late in the app which I didn't have. They should of called. contacted Angi. The Pro said they would be there soon. never showed. HORRIBLE experience.

Angi never showed up to put the bike together. Twice they done this. So I cancelled the assembly with them and returned the bike back to Walmart. I got credit for the bike. I need credit for the assembly charge. Angi told me they do not refund that Walmart does. Walmart tells me that they do not refund Angi does. I need credit back for $135.00 on the assembly.

I would give this product zero stars.. the seller is horrible to work with. He ignored my emails for a month sent us a product with a defective back tire didn't replace. It knows that we paid out-of-pocket at a bike shop to have it repaired. It's not offering to make it better. Send us a defective charger. The metal prong fell out so we can charge the bike. Is unresponsive and refusing to answer my emails and texts. This is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY
