Missing parts
I got to turn it on but wasn't able to use it because it was missing the comb I did re order it and will comeback to do another review but overall tool was good quality

My V-Comb A1 came broken, it doesn't fit nor match promised features or description... And the Quality is far from what is promised by the company..

It had been used, it was dirty. It came with filters but none of them had been opened. Whoever processed it in the returns department should be fired. I didn't need someone else's bugs

Ashley never received the item was showed be delivered and the driver apparently signed for himself and now I'm being told to wait two days even though it already marked as delivered and the driver signed for the package
